I subscribed to Bloomon flowers for quite a few months, the flowers were wonderful (on the whole) and always received great compliments however the customer service is really lacking and accusatory, I was always made to feel it was my fault. The final straw was Feb 2018, Bloomon took two payments, without notification, from my bank...discussed with them etc. It was sorted however I cancelled the account. Poor service, great flowers.
Fabulous to start with but last delivery the day was changed 3 times and this one I have a delivery time of 12 hours! What a shame it has gone downhill and bloomon is about to lose my custom
I rarely do reviews but love the flowers I get from Bloomon and there are a few negative reviews that may put people off. Have had flowers now fortnightly for a few months (I know, I'm splurging) but they are lovely and every time I'm fascinate by their development. Not had a dodgy set yet, always fresh and in great condition and wide variety. In addition, unlike some other subscription services they email you before your next delivery/payment to remind you. I find this beneficial and hate the sneaky way others just self review and first you know is when you have been charged. My mum also gets the flowers and loves them so this is 2 reviewers opinions!
Originally they provided a great service with flowers delivered in the evening (6-10pm). It was a great concept (particularly if you work), branded and executed well and the flowers were excellent. However, they have recently changed their delivery service which means the flowers can be delivered at any time throughout the day. Flowers not delivered today. Disappointing!
Poor experience.
Order confirmation arrived with no order number, so nothing to reference when I had a query. The customer service then asked me what email address I'd signed up with, even though I'd emailed them from it and it was obviously present in their own confirmation email that I'd attached to the query.
Next up, they "couldn't log into my account" and queried if I'd actually paid! If they'd read their own confirmation, just the once, they'd have seen it was a gift box, so no account. And it seems they have no way of tying up orders with payments.
Finally, in answer to my query, I was told straight that I couldn't use their promo code "becasue it was a gift" -sigh
I'm yet to receive the gift box, but I shan't be ordering the further two that I'd planned.
Awful awful awful! Having arranged for my sister to gave a Bloomon subscription as a birthday treat, Bloomon just don’t deliver on their promise. They send nice feelgood factor messages throughout the week but the flowers never arrive. The customer service is appauling - just not bothered at all and will do anything to not help you. Don’t touch at all. Go to your local florist or may be Freddie’s Flowers. Horrendous!
Useless. I have been with them for 8 weeks now and they have either delivered the wrong flowers, broken vases, or not delivered at all and the staff in the london office have no other answer than we don't know would you like a refund.
No more.........
Pretty awful experience altogether. Great idea but poor realisation. Six monthly deliveries were ordered for my wife's birthday. The first flowers arrived a few days early in dreadful condition - some broken and most of the others wilted. I took photographs and sent them to the company who refunded the payment for that months delivery but didn't send replacement flowers. The second and third months flowers were acceptable but nothing special and, although kept in a cool room and looked after, had a disappointingly short life.
As we were to be away for a few days I rang approximately 2 weeks before the expected fourth delivery to ask for the delivery to be delayed by a week but was told that the deadline for altering delivery had passed. So the flowers will just sit outside my house and die (probably already well on the way) pending our return. I then cancelled the balance of my order and requested a refund for the unfulfilled part.
I had initially intended ordering twelve monthly deliveries and had my experience been better would have extended my order but this most definitely won't happen.
Pleasingly unusual flowers but in poor condition and a lack of delivery flexibility. On the plus side nobody was rude.
Steer clear. You can do a lot better with a good local florist.
Really not a good experience with them at all. Flowers were lovely when they arrived, but often would arrive days late or severely damaged. Initial complaint was so badly handled - was promised a refund and a new bunch of flowers, neither of which materialised. I had to phone, only to find out what I had been told was not correct and then had a lot of back and forth before I finally got a callback from a helpful manager who sorted it. But a few weeks later I got another damaged bunch of flowers, and then the final straw was a delivery that was supposed to arrive Friday but came Monday night having been sat in a van all weekend wilting. I emailed again as a complaint but I guess they had enough of me so they never replied and I've now cancelled.
This was all in a relatively short period of time, so a really bad experience.
Bottom line is the delivery service they have is so bad, and only used presumably for cost reasons, yet is a big part of their business. Considering the premium price where they are positioned, I would expect them to invest in the delivery as well but they haven't. There are cheaper, better, alternatives.
Ordered these as house warming for family member. Flowers arrived on day promised and looked fantastic but some only lasted 4 days and others looking tired after 6. Very disappointing as when I've bought bunches from supermarket whether Aldi, Tesco or Waitrose they've generally lasted at least 7 days - ok the bunches are less exotic but ALOT cheaper
I really like the flexibility offered by this service, you can suspend your subscription any time, the flowers delivered are always beautiful, and their marketing is amazing : great offers, the right word at the right time... It a really great service.
Stunning presentation, beautiful flowers. Very pleased costumer :) You won't be disapointed
Really recommend this company for their great product and great service. Ordered the small bouquet and matching vase and have so far had two deliveries, both of which have been spot on both in terms of quality and service. WELL DONE!!
