Pavan is such a great person!
She handled our valentines day decoration, and even for 4 days notice she delivered an excellent setup, which my fiance loved and will never forget.
She gave me all my options and even went above and beyond my expectations. She had all the timings right and the whole process was a peice of cake! I will definitely recommend for anyone wanting a great work for their special day!

Pavan created a two piece set up for my daughter’s 18th birthday. It was beautiful and aesthetic. I was apprehensive at first due to the balloon set up wasn’t for a venue but my home, but pavan worked with the space and created a super end piece. As there was a theme to the party, Pavan incorporated this within the set up. Highly recommend Blooms Official !

Pavan was an absolute pleasure to work with, she organised backdrops for both myself and my husband for our wedding day - it was my first time booking a backdrop so not entirely sure what to expect. She personalised them to suit our looks for the day and was quick to respond to my questions, which was so helpful in the lead up to the wedding. It did not feel like I was dealing with a company it felt like I was discussing ideas with a friend. I’d definitely book with Pavan again and have recommended her to others. Amongst the best service I have ever experienced!! Fantastic hand made gifts! Wishing the company every success in 2022!!

There was nothing wrong with the product itself but there needs to be improvement on information regarding delivery. I paid a surplus for first class delivery thinking it would arrive within at least 5 working days but I waited 2 weeks because it took 8 days for the product to be produced and then dispatched. It arrived 2 days after it got dispatched. There should be something on the FAQs around “when should I expect to receive it?”

What can I say about the Pampas Baubles?! They are absolutely stunning, such amazing quality and matched my tree decor perfectly. I ordered the large bubble balloon and it exceeded my expectations 😍 It’s been nearly 4 months and my balloon looks as it was just delivered yday not one single change to it. Pavan was really friendly and accommodating. Top it all off she hand delivered it to my house. I will definitely being ordering from her again soon.
