I would give it 0 stars. I wish i've read the reviews before placing an order for Mother's Day. Completely ruined experience. They never delivered the flowers. They sent an email claiming it was delivered. No way to reach customer service by phone. No one to talk to.

Ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement. I spent just over 100 dollars. I normally use a local florist unfortunately due to my late ordering they were unable to help me. I used blooms today and I was highly dissatisfied with the arrangement pictured vs what was received. It’s unfortunate I can’t provide pictures to accompany this review. I would definitely not use blooms today.

Would give it zero reviews if possible. Ordered flowers for delivery on Friday, they pushed it to Saturday. On Saturday they tried to push it to WEDNESDAY of the following week. Completely ruining the holiday.

Flowers were old , edges were browning ,petals already falling off and the water in the vase was old 'dirty'. Would not recommend and don't waste your time and money.

Four years ago, I ordered flowers for a funeral from a company whose name I couldn't remember. They were delivered late and to the wrong building. I now remember that the company was Blooms Today, because it happened again. My friend's birthday was today and she has no flowers.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOT PROFESSIONAL AND INFORMATIVE AT ALL THEY RUIN MY SURPRISE TODAY PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered roses on Saturday and selected and paid extra for a Sunday delivery. They never delivered the flowers and ruined my wife's birthday. Pay extra and use another company. This company is a joke!

This company did a great job. I ordered the flowers the night before and they were delivered the following day on time. Thank you Blooms Today!

Ordered arrangement and teddy bear add on.. beautiful and delivered as promised.. highly recommend.🌷🧸

Ordered a bouquet of flowers from this company and they were delivered timely. But they were all dead and falling apart. Not very impressed for 100 dollar flower arraignment.

The bouquet was a pitiful arrangement of weeds and the tiniest flowers I've ever seen! Do not use them! It's a scam!

Not the right flowers, not delivered timely, not the right vase, $125 and the delivery 10 carnations. Instead of the large Pretty Please arrangement we selected.

$10 extra for the vase we didn't get, $10 extra for deliver before 2pm, $95 for 10 carnations.

Because the flowers were late the intended receipant new saw then and thank God. Imagine how cheap she must think I am.

No not do business with these people.

I ordered flowers for my daughter‘s birthday the night before to have delivered to her place of employment next day. I had an amazing experience with Bloom today not only did the flowers arrive on time as promised for paying the extra charge. My daughter loved the flowers stating they were very beautiful as well. Truly exceptional service!

My best friend of 40 years is dead and I am 700 miles away and unable to attend his funeral. The very least I could do is send a wreath with heart felt sentiments and veiled quips only he and I and maybe his mother would understand. Instead I get a perfunctory call from this company, AN HOUR AND A HALF AFTER THE FUNERAL HAS STARTED! to tell me the delivery couldn't be made to the church but if I have a family address they would deliver it there. WTHeck! This was paid for days in advance! And when I asked why can you deliver to a house but not the church there was no answer other than the affiliate shop couldn't deliver to the church. I asked for the contact info for the affiliate and was told they don't give out that information then proceeded to ask me if I wanted a refund or the other delivery!? What I wanted was to show my sympathy for a lossed loved one and perhaps grieve a little through the process but sure a refund is just as good, all I have to do is tell him to stop being dead and give me a do-over! If this company was worth something they would have found another affiliate or a kid with a bike and a handful of daisies to show some semblance of customer service. Never Ever EVER will I use them again and I'll repost this review everywhere I can to avoid someone else experiencing the hurt and disappointment I feel right now. Shame on you.

Got the flowers i ordered late payed $10 extra too get them before 2pm that didn't happen payed over $100 bucks for some tiny flowers.

Simple order of roses I requested a week in advance to be delivered to my fiances work at 12. I payed for express, let me tell you don't pay for that because that never happened. When I called and asked where they were and when they will be delivered they just gave me " we will look into it and send you an email". The flowers still were not delivered and missed being there for my fiances birthday. $118 to waste do not trust this place

If i could give 0 stars i would. Paid $129 for a beautiful bouquet, extra $10 for a bigger nicer colored vase and these look like they got picked off the side of the road and delivered in a paper cup! WHEN I SAY DO NOT!!!! DO NOT

I ordered Flowers, balloons and bear for my for our 1 year anniversary, paid for delivery today plus the extra to grantee before 3 pm and it 7 pm and my wife is pissed because she thinks i fogot and im stuck out of state in a tornado. Ive rea hed out several times and still No resolution has been reached. The day is pretty much over with. This company is out of line and My wife and I are at odds now. I will be reaching out because my wife is an attorney.

To start with the customer service is an automated system that literally does not help. so if you have a problem there really doesn't matter you're going to get an automated system. I ordered a bouquet of flour or along with a bouquet of balloons to have delivered for a birthday. They delivered a cheapy Little Flower Pot that I could have spent $10 on at the store any store. They completely forgot the balloons. And then customer service gave me back $16 of my $118 purchase.. forgot half of my order I ordered and gives me back tax amount so I paid over $100 for a couple crappy flowers in a cardboard box... not even put together well.........

Never ever ever go with blooms today horrible experience despite all the good fake reviews on their google I ordered flowers and they one could not deliver and two wanted to charge me more because of it after I finalized my order and their customer service is dogshit don’t even think of going on their website also they sell your information before I tried ordering from here I never got these scam likely calls now my phone won’t stop ringing
