Wrong delivery date. Wrong flowers. Delivery person tried to deliver them and I refused the order. Looked nothing like the picture of the $100 flower order I paid for. Unless you pay the $10 expres... See more

Filthy Scammers
These b@stards have been found on the Dark Web using my name and email! I only rated them so I could leave a review. SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS!!! They better stop this crap!
I paid extra to have delivered a…
I paid extra to have delivered a specific day. It's been 3 days past that and still no delivery. Their customer service is completely unresponsive. Never again!
Flower arrangement shown in photo was 100% fake
Flower arrangement shown in photo was 100% fake. Flowers were delivered loosely bunched and without vase. I'll stick with more reputable companies like 1-800-Flowers from now on.

Your company is terrible not only did I pay extra for before 2 delivery I had to call to ask where the delivery of flowers they told me they couldn’t have any one to my wife’s work before two o’clock. Then my wife gets a phone call and the delivery driver was lost by the way “this was a surprise!” Totally unprofessional and the message I wrote on the card was going to make her day!!! Love to have a full refund for this nonsense!
Absolutely horrible business
Absolutely horrible business. They allowed to have 2 data breaches in 2 years.
Do NOT save your address, and especially credit card information with this service.
Or the best - do not use it. If they are so careless and direspectful with #1 and 101 security and data protection, they are careless about everything, including their business.
This company is a joke they are a scam
This company is a joke they are a scam. !DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS!
Terrible company
second time trying to use them both times unsuccessfully. First time was valentines day which ended with them try to deliver on the 19th of February. Paid for expedited delivery on my wife's birthday and still waiting at 3,30, had to buy flowers at a local store, Only used the second time since I had a groupon ticket and groupon coupon's expire after 3 days.
Dont use them they are terrible.
Not What I asked For At All 😳
I ordered a medium Happy Birthday arrangement with mylar birthday balloons yesterday for my cousins birthday in Dallas. Her husband is very very ill and she is always by his side so I sent them to the hospital yesterday to bring a smile to her face and to realize how special and loved she is for all she does for everyone. I wanted her to be surprised. I called her daughter and she said they never arrived at his room . I called blooms today and the lady said they were delivered to
His hospital room at 5 pm but now ghey are making another one now. She told me they did arrive. It looks nothing like the one I ordered.3 foses, 2 white lillies , no astermaria, and mostly filler in a small glass vase and no balloons for $100. I could have flown to Dallas and made a better arrangement than this for less than $100. Olus the other one never got there to
His room! Last order I will make
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Order delivery a week in advance of my requested delivery date, Paid extra for delivery before noon. No call, no show. Was supposed to be for anniversary surprise at my wife's office. When I called, they reminded me that they are not a flower shop and depend on a local shop to inform them when they can't deliver or are out of stock of the chosen item. They asked if delivery the next day would be okay, noting that it was not guaranteed they could ensure delivery the next day. I fired them, got my money back and went to a competitor.
Don’t ever use this company
Don’t ever use this company, they charged me more for a Sunday delivery and nothing got delivered on Sunday, it did not come until Monday and when it came it looked nothing like I ordered, they charged me a premium price for something that looked like it costed $25, this company is a joke and should be out of business. They have a disclaimer on their website to get around liability but what they are doing is 100% false advertising and in my opinion fraudulent. This is not a company that I would ever use in the future.
DEAD FLOWERS
If I could give Zero stars I would. I had paid extra for a specific time delivery. I wanted my wife to be home to receive flowers. Temperatures outside are below zero. They ended up showing up after she left for work. They were left outside and when I brought flowers in after coming home from work ALL flowers were dead. Paid over $100 for dead flowers. Should’ve just wiped my ass with those $100!
Same story as all the other negative…
Same story as all the other negative reviews! I ordered a Valentines flower arrangement in a red vase the week before Valentine’s Day for my wife to be delivered on the 13th. On line it was beautiful and I paid $120 plus delivery. The delivery guy showed up with six red roses in a vase that were wilted and I had him take it back because it was not what I ordered. He was suppose to deliver the correct arrangement on Valentine’s Day but it never showed up. I have emailed multiple times to customer service and called but get directed to email. I only get an automatic reply email and no refund. Don’t ever use this company it’s a scam!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. My boyfriend spent $200 for a valentines package to be delivered and it never showed. He placed the order 3 weeks in advance. Then when he tried to get ahold of customer service they gave him a ticket that keeps saying “error, invalid ticket number” when he gets a ticket number. Filing a complaint with BBB. These people are scammers.
My boyfriend ordered flowers to be…
My boyfriend ordered flowers to be delivered to my work on Valentine’s Day, same day delivery. The flowers never got
delivered and we could not get ahold of the business/company to see what was going with the order. I tried emailing a few times with no response. They finally responded back saying the delivery was cancelled and that he would get his money back within 5-7 days. He got his money back in little time. I don’t recommend this business to no one.
It was our 16th anniversary and they…
It was our 16th anniversary and they didn't deliver nothing I purchased almost $200 worth of gifts, I will never or even mention this company to anyone unless negative conversation come up this company. What away to not surprise the love of your life of 16 yrs of marriage and 21 yrs of being together.
How to Not Establish Rapport with a New Customer on a Holiday
Email :
“ Good Morning, Bloom Today.
It is presumed that you, all, have elected to, simply, prolong my, little, $187 order — with, nary, another delivery in sight ; correct ?
You’ve claimed that you delivered it ( SEE : attachments )—you ( or your currier ) did no such thing.
Note : when I refer to “ you, ” it means whoever is responsible ( both your brain trust and / or, third-party, curriers ).
You’ve, only, delivered half of my two purchases ( for the [ same ] address ) ; which would be puzzling to about 95 of 100 people, all over planet Earth : I ordered them, back-to-back.
First : the arrangement ( which was
[ actually ] the 1st order ) never
arrives.
Second : You send an email stating
that the purchase won’t
arrive until Tues 18 FEB
Third : You send an email stating
that the package arrived at
1152 hours, yesterday, Sun,
16 FEB
I don’t want to hear that your currier left a package out in an, expansive, hallway for, any, passersby to help themselves to ( you, or they, are not DoorDash ) . . .
You requested for and were provided with two phone numbers and the family, virtually, never leaves the premises - they were, in fact, present — again, your last email states that your delivery date is set for tomorrow ( 18 FEB ) . . .
Furthermore, any, excuses that you may come up with won’t hold water : as you’ve delivered the other order ( how did that one manage to make it to its destination, unscathed — and the one ordered, just, prior to it ; did not ? ).
Any, prudent, person who would experience what we have and investigate you online, would realize that your outfit is an, unadulterated and complete, sham.
You’ve been afforded, ample, opportunity to get your affairs in order.
And in return ( Listen for it . . . Listen for it . . . ) — more gassing.
Based upon the, attached, BBB clipping ( which is, only, a snippet of the, lengthy, webpage ) ; it is, abundantly, clear that Helen Keller, Ray Charles, and Mr. Magoo could, all, see that this type of negligence is a, well-established and documented, pattern with your company.
In addition ; there are, too, many ( understated ) people all over the net expressing that you’ve, somehow, exposed their ( personal ) data to the “ dark web. ” Don’t take my word for it : it’s accessible, for all to see.
Is this the type of, customer-care, precedence that co-founders George Christopher Dukas, William George Dukas, and Donnie Mayer have instilled among your teams ?
In Stark Contrast . . .
Mr. Dukas ; during his, hour-long, YouTube interview ( by a young fellow, from the University of Maryland ; three years ago ) — in Picasso-like fashion, paints a ( masterful ) Rembrandt ; regarding the efficacy of the “ family ” business and its legacy.
I could write, and write on ; but, I won’t go there.
You’ve, already, ruined my ( treasured ) child’s holiday custom. However ; reading throughout the, internet, evidence — I’m sure that you are, quite, numb to such a misfortune ; that is, until this type of inconvenience hits home and occurs to someone close to you.
How long do you expect us to wait, for a refund ?
Because I, already, sense the grift ; here — in your ( telling ) protocol to skimp on, live, customer support : which the founder’s interview, pretty much, eluded to ( “ Rewards Program ” [ rolling 👀] ).
One last note : For decades, I’ve chosen ( operative term ) to volunteer my safety and livelihood in order that you, and everyone you know, may have ( said ) choices and enjoyment.
It would be appreciated if you were to take the, extra, precautions ( necessary ) to see to it that you do not detract from the enjoyment of the, numerous, customers under your charge.
What’s “ the point ” of the rant ? :
Conveniently ; the lot of you, cash-cow, milking establishments extract payment quick, fast, and in a hurry ( it’s, the same song with insurers, technical service providers, etc. )
Unfortunately ; for, significant, portions of your clientele — that is about the extent of, said, swiftness.
In other words : simple matters of principle — and decorum.
I request a refund—posthaste

P.S. The thing is ; I, really, wanted for my child to experience a, wonderful, day — I didn’t expect that I would be sitting here policing a place of, so-called, business.
Happy [ LATE ! ! ! ] Valentines Day ”
UPDATE : Not more than an hour has passed, since this submission. The entity in question has recouped; not only, a refund for the item that didn’t show, but also, the amount for the item that did — as a token of, good, faith and gesture.
It’s, only, fair that I commend it for such a deed — still, the company needs to improve its operation.
The original order that was delivered…
The original order that was delivered was the wrong order. The roses that came in that order were dying. They did try to fix the issue, although the new flowers came on Valentine’s Day night rather than the night before. The flowers I received didn’t look like the picture that was presented on the website, and again the flowers were already dying and weren’t fresh.
The cost was very expensive (almost 100$). Big big disappointment for Valentine’s Day.
AWFUL
If you’ve been wronged by this company like my fiancé, submit a complaint claim to get a refund at better business bureau!!! My fiancé ordered 2 dozen red roses and paid extra to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. Flowers never came so he filed a complaint claim this morning and heard back from the company this afternoon asking to cancel or be delivered on the 18th. He said to cancel. Received flowers at 9pm tonight after saying he doesn’t want them, with 11 wilted red and pink roses, fluffed with greenery. Awful and pathetic arrangement.
Terrible
Terrible. Flowers not even delivered. No customer service. Nothing. Use local florists.
