So far so good. I’ve phoned Berry Lodge now and then but they prefer to liaise by email and post most of the time. No real issues there since I’ve been kept updated on all matters relating to the Party Wall Agreement by email, post and even video.

Would recommend to anyone with a Party Wall matter. Bradley and Sadek seem friendly, open and efficient in their dealings.

Our whole party wall situation was a nightmare due to external deadlines and the council on the other side. Berry Lodge were efficient and helpful. Tughan was brilliant.
