The staff were so helpful and patient and Kevin (who did my piercing) was especially informative about the whole process and materials being used. The place was very clean and staff very professional 😊

My daughter had her septum pierced at the Exeter Blue Banana store. The piercer said her soft spot was very high up in her nose, the nose ring couldn't be seen at all. When we went back in to see if anything could be done about it, we were advised to buy a bigger nose ring & the piercer would change it. We did this and it was extremely painful to change her ring as it was so high up. My daughter cried and we left, the new nose ring still could not be seen. Both the shop staff and the piercer seemed surprised that it was pierced at Blue Banana in the first place. We have since been to another piercer and been advised that the soft spot is not high up in her nose and she is booked in to have it pierced there. I would not recommend Blue Banana at all!

Unfortunately, I can’t remember the lady’s name, but I came in to get my nipples pierced. The lady was very knowledgeable helpful and just awesome will definitely be back great place will be returning…

I took my daughter to Blue Banana for her piercings, and the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, professional, and instantly made her feel at ease. Everything was explained clearly before, during, and after the piercing, which really helped calm any nerves.

The studio was spotless, and hygiene standards were clearly a top priority everything was clean, well-organised, and done with care. The piercer was patient, friendly, and made sure my daughter was completely comfortable before starting.

What really stood out was how kind and reassuring the team were. They didn’t rush us, took the time to answer all our questions, and made the experience feel special rather than stressful. It’s clear that customer care and safety are very important to them.

My daughter absolutely loves her new piercings, and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. Blue Banana are doing an amazing job combining professionalism with a warm, friendly approach highly recommend

The guy called Kyle who pierced me was really nice and really funny. His singing really helped me as I was about to get 4 piercing’s I don’t know if that was intentional or not but it works it helped me relax. Thank you.

Have visited blue banana in the past, needed replacement balls for a piercing they did, delivered fast and a perfect fit.

Jade at Blue Banana Exeter is amazing. I had an issue with a daith piercing I’d had done somewhere else. She explained to me what the issue was, changed the jewellery and was kind and reassuring. The price was very reasonable too. Thank you Jade!

Kyle pierced my ears and my two daughter’s ears today. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He put us all at ease. I can’t find my receipt so unable to scan the qr code. Just wanted to come on here and say thank you Kyle.

My daughter's second visit to Blue Banana and her second set of piercings from Kyle. Both visits Kyle has been super friendly, incredibly reassuring and very professional. After visiting BB for 25 years we really don't feel the need to go anywhere else!!

My piercer Kyle was by far the best piercer I’ve ever had he kept me calm and was supportive when I fainted in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend him.

Great experience x 2 recently with ear piercings for my daughter and me on first occasion, and just me on second. Daughter had a slight issue one week after piercing and it was dealt with quickly without charge which was great. Kyle was very knowledgeable and put us at ease. Great experience will be back!

My sister and I visited on a very busy Sunday. The staff in the shop were helpful and kind and managed the long queue in a professional manner. Kyle performed our piercings for us and was so wonderful. Kind, friendly and engaging.. even though they’d been busy all morning. It’s a breath of fresh air to receive such good service, thank you!
