Absolutely love this company from thier brick and mortar to their online service. They are amazing

came in yesterday to get my nose pierced, staff are very friendly and helpful, piercing turnt out lovely, the piercer was also very friendly and made you feel very calm and talked you through everything before hand. 5 stars!!

I went into Reading not planning to get a piercing. However, upon chatting with the friendly staff and seeing the lovely jewellery I was SO tempted. There was no pressure or hard sell, so I decided to think about it.

As I pootled around town. I was surprised to see how many shops now offer piercing with a needle. Most of them free with a purchase. I had a chat with all of them, and none had the knowledge or confidence that made me want to stay and get a piercing with them. One of them was even piercing in the shop, in full view. This made me very uncomfortable.

I made my way back to Blue Banana, who charged £15. I believe experience and knowledge is very much worth paying for, and this was a very fair price. Bella was available to see me. I was shown to a private treatment room, and Bella changed into uniform and wore appropriate PPE. While I was deciding where to have the piercing I looked at therapeutic placement. I decided to have a Shen Men piercing in the hope it'll have a calming side effect (which I'm sure will make my family happy). Bella took time to ensure we got the placement just right. Despite it being a cartilage piercing it's been surprisingly pain free. She was very patient and gentle which filled me with confidence.

I'm now thinking about having more holes in my other ear as soon as I can. Wholeheartedly recommended. Thank you all at BB.

Easy to order. Read reviews for company and did not disappoint. Delivered promptly and in perfect condition. Also v competitive price, £80 less than other sites so great for granny spoiling .

Me and my daughter always go to Blue banana for our piercings.
The staff are always welcoming and kind, which is great as my daughter is autistic.
So needs that extra reassurance.

I got my belly pierced and Ellie was super gentle and talked me through it the piercing is super straight and I love it all thanks to Ellie.

My 9 year old had her ears pierced yesterday by Grace. She has Autism and ADHD with sensory avoidance, I can’t praise them enough. We went in a couple of weeks earlier to chat through her needs and everything was explained so my Daughter knew what to except, this was with another lady who understood the needs of my child.
On the day Grace was amazing with her, the experience was a positive one.

Went to the Birmingham store and saw a gorgeous blouse but not in my size. Blue Banana it online. Received as described, just a little snag at the back that I wouldn't have bought if it was in person.

Went in to get my nose pierced and had a great experience :) I only cried a little bit. Grace did an incredible job of putting a needle through my nose, would definitely recommend 👍

Leeds Blue banana - dropped in Saturday and waited barely no time for an appointment. Had a helix piercing on left ear. Had my right ear done a while ago at a different business and it took ages and really hurt. For the sake of symmetry I braced for a similar experience. I needn't have! The lady who did my piercing (sorry forgot your name) was amazing, knowledgeable, informative and did the piercing super quick and barely any pain. Definitely a pro and would highly recommend.
