I ordered a pair of havaianas off blueberrybrands and which came in about 8 days when they turned up the box it was sent in was all broken. The actual item itself wasn’t up to a good standard, I got in contact with the company and they gave me a full refund and told me to keep the item. They also told me their products are real, so maybe they are just faulty? Because it didn’t have the havaiana sticker on the strap, and the straps weren’t through the base properly, and no tags on the actual flip flops and was sent from somewhere in Israel..
They did communicate fast and did give me 100% refund, however I would not buy from these again.. Not worth the hassle

The aftercare service is painful for refunds. You have to provide a date for them to send you a returns label, then it takes 48 hours for them to respond then you have to send another date. No body answers direct, there is no phone number to call. All I want to do is return a duplicate order - just send me a returns label pleeeease !!

5 star purchase of Versace sunglasses
At first i was apprehensive about ordering from this site as the prices of the sunglasses were so much cheaper than in any other shop like Sunglass hut or Selfridges. I ordered my sunglasses on my credit card just in case. They arrived in 4 days which is reasonably fast. i opened them up not knowing what to expect but when i did i was pleasantly surprised. I took them to a store that i knew sold the real thing to compare and found absolutely no difference at all. I don't know how they can charge such low prices on sunglasses but i will definitely be shopping with Blueberry brands again.

Bought some white crystal havaianas and…
Bought some white crystal havaianas and these are so obviously fake to the point rehwre the crystal is stuck on top of the wording! I have a couple of genuine pairs purchased in shops and you can tell the different easily. Dont get me wrong i know I paid significantly less but £20 for fakes is way too much. Also a bit of a giveaway when they appeared from China!
