Sizes don't correspond
A little disappointed as I requested 39/40 (USA 7/8) but received USA 9/10.
However Blueberrybrands contacted me to discuss the issue and Shiran in Customer Services gave nothing short of 100% help and advice. He explained Havaianas sizing re styles and offered a full refund which was totally unexpected.
I would certainly recommend and will deal with Blueberrybrands in the future

More contact needed
Placed my order on a Sunday, after looking on Trust Pilot and seeing positive reviews. Luckily I took a screen shot when the order went through giving me an order number as I never received any email confirmation which did make me feel abit uneasy after never ordering off this site before. After contacting the site twice giving my order number the shoes arrived just after a week which isn’t bad, however, I finally got an email to say my items were on the way after receiving them. I just think some more contact and an email confirmation would have put my mind at rest.

Ordered, no problem, on arrival they were wrong size for me.
They sent me a prepaid return label and I received the refund in a few days.
Excellent service and he product was new and current, sadly wrong size for me.
Throughly recommend them, they were also the cheapest but quite a long way.
