This is a Scam (via Ebay)

This company is a scam. I bought an item through ebay. Item never arrived. Seller said it did. They provide fake tracking information and makes it seem legit. Ebay will not refund as they are taking the tracking info as legit which it is not. Feel so stupid at getting scammed out of £300.

Scam

Parcel was delivered abs handed to resident.. which I was not in the house at the time of alleged delivery. Don't respond! Ebay should not let sellers use this scam company since they are knowing for this bs the driver stole my package then bluecare basically went on the run!

If there was a 0 rating

If there was a 0 rating, that would have been my rating of Blue care xpress. I ordered a parcel on ebay, the seller used Blue care Xpress (which I had never heard of before then). Blue care Xpress did not deliver my parcel but insisted they did. I wasn't even home at the said date so I wonder who they left my parcel with. Ebay took sides with both the seller and Bluecare Xpress and I am now at a loss. No parcel, no money back. I even requested that they send a photo evidence of the delivery but got no response from them. I totally regret purchasing from ebay and I would never recommend Blue care Xpress to anyone as they are fraudulent.

Bluecare Express are scam artist

I am having the same issue as others. Package shows to be delivered in another town 13 miles from me. Initial tracking number was theirs, last UPS. I called UPS and they stated the shipper changed the deliver to address. Ebay seller says it was not him who changed it so it must have been Bluecare. UPS will not give me the address though. I have security camera's and can prove they have not been here. This company needs to be shut down.

Left item with someone different, cannot be bothered to help locate it.

I bought a £200 item on ebay, bluecare delivered it someone, didn't leave a note saying where and with whom. I only found out it had been delivered when I went on my ebay account to check the progress with the item delivery. I wrote to the seller, just gave me my Bluecare tracking number. I wrote to Bluecare...
Firstly, they said they felt sorry for my difficulties locating the item, not for creating such difficulties and they told me to go around my neighbourhood asking who may have it.
Secondly, they started asking me to send them all the details that they can get from the seller or that they should have anyway, to carry on with investigating what had happened.
I thought about it and I told them they should get all that from the seller, I am a buyer, it is not my job to solve the problem they have caused. I don't have to make any effort to find something that should have been brought to me or taken to some depot after leaving a note, like Royal Mail does.
Awful service and customer service. I am asking for a refund and Bluecare and the ebay seller can try and find the item.

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect. I couldn't find the package (my fault) and support was instant, with photos, and I was able to trace it back to my wife! FedEx would have never been so helpful.

Bluecare and Ebay insist I live in a different house.

Bluecare claimed to deliver a package to my house and didn't. When I asked for proof, they sent a picture of a stack of packages at a different house.

There was no way to dispute this and when I went to Ebay, they backed up Bluecare.

I wanted to send a picture of my actual house and the proof that they brought it to the wrong place, but I couldn't.

The item I ordered arrived smashed to…

The item I ordered arrived smashed to pieces. Due to it's size (a small box) I believe it was roughly handled, probably thrown all over the place or used as a football. The courier who dropped it off lobbed it up onto our back deck.
Very poor indeed!

Waste of time delivery company - You will lose your money

Waste of time delivery company, I think they are in cahoots with some dodgy sellers on eBay whereby they say they have delivered an item but clearly have not. I'd say to anyone who sees this company as the delivery company to cancel the order and buy elsewhere. no proof of delivery at all, its all a sham, going to get this company reviewed via Trading Standards

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS! I had a conversation with ‘Sue’ via email about my missing package. Even though they had the tracking number they gave me the run around asking for screen shots of the address. They would make up excuses about the front door not being found (??) Then finally saying the package was lost. Every email was sent to me at 3am…they aren’t in Australia. The positive reviews are obviously fake. Be careful of sellers on eBay using this company, the sellers are scammers too. Ebay doesn’t care. I’m done with eBay.

Item is delivered to a stranger…

Item is delivered to a completely random stranger, customer support is extremely useless. A huge waste of time. I belive it is safe to say that you'd have a bad experience everytime some sender decides to use them to send your parcel.

Useless!…

No advance email to say when packet would be delivered. Item was left on my doorstep, while I was at home, in torrential rain, so book was VERY wet. Front door is about 2 metres from open sitting room door, and the dogs did not bark so did courier even knock on the door????

Item not delivered although was informed delivered to esident!

Ordered an item from ebay and delivery was by Bluecare Express. Was told delivery had been made but when asked for further information such as signature or description of resident this was not provided. The item had definitely not been delivered and was told I had to contact the seller. Bluecare Express did not respond to all of my emails which was upsetting especially as the item was a xmas present for a child. Would certainly not recommend this company

£77 parcel allegedly handed to…

£77 parcel allegedly handed to residents! Nobody came with anything as my cctv shows, also I was in for 2 days waiting along with my italian mastiff dog that goes mad when the gate opens so definitely did Not Deliver to the correct address. Or even go in my garden ??? My opinion would be stay well away from this company or use at your businesses expense. 0 STARS

Huge thank you

I was trying to locate a package I ordered from ebay, with some difficulty. I contacted Bluecare on Christmas Day as I was unable to make any sense of it.
To my surprise ‘Sue’ replied explaining that although I bought something from ebay it would have been delivered in an Amazon package. I had received it but the seller had sent us the wrong item!
I was delighted to get to the bottom of things and more impressed to receive a reply on Christmas Day - we’ll done Bluecare and particularly Sue.

Don't use this company or buy from people who use them!

My parcel from an ebay seller with a good rating never turned up so I started a dispute request with ebay but as the tracking states it was delivered with the note 'left with receptionist' (we're a private house with no businesses near by) ebay wouldn't refund and closed the case. I appealed against this and once Ebay investigated they refunded the full amount, they mentioned that they have had similar cases with this courier company so hopefully ebay are now aware of these scammers
