I ordered a keysafe padlock from eBay. I received notification from the seller that the item was available for collection on Monday, 24th April. When I went to my local Collect+ store to pick it up on the 26th, it wasn’t there. It appears that the store had never received the item and had never been logged onto their system. The store were disparaging about the deliverer and advised me to take it up with eBay, which I did. So where was it? Bluecare said they had delivered it but to whom? EBay sided with the seller despite the evidence that the store had no record of receiving it and putting the case that I had no access to Bluecare, tracking numbers or anything else to do with the delivery. EBay did not follow up on this with the seller or Bluecare and rejected my claim of non delivery. I will lodge an appeal but have little hope of getting my goods or a refund. Be warned, if you buy anything from eBay, make sure Bluecare is not the delivery agent!

With the very helpful assistance of an eBay customer service adviser, eBay have agreed to make a full refund. Very many thanks eBay.

27JUN23-My parcel has just arrived!

Had an issue which was resolved quickly via customer service.

Despite not being the responsible party, Sue at Bluecare went above and beyond for me to locate a delivery that was lost between the supplier and seller.
Thanks to superb detective work and a die hard attitude...Sue prevailed ! Now THAT'S what I call service. Bless you..

My parcel was found at the base of the stairwell of a 2 storey complex of 7 disability units. No one uses the stairs. It was a fluke it was found and it was not a cheap item. It was delivered on a Sunday too. Not using the eBay seller again even though it’s not their fault but can’t take a risk with such a poor delivery service.

I ordered a $52 item using ebay. The item showed delivered to an address that was closed on a Sunday, left out on a sidewalk for anyone to pick up. Never got the item, lost the $52. ebay only stated that item showed delivered by Bluecare Express; I told ebay I did not received item, they refused to refund my money. NOW I still order through ebay BUT I first look to see who the shipper will be -- I will only accept USPS, Fed Ex or UPS, never anything by Bluecare (negligent) Express.

If I could give negative stars they would receive -10 had a package containing electronic circuit boards that I purchased from a eBay seller. They dropped the package off on a Sunday when no one was around on my front steps to my porch, about 15 feet away from the door. To make matters worse it was during a severe weather event with winds over 50 mph. He dropped it off quickly left according to my security cameras, not long after during the severe weather, winds launched the package off the steps up into the air off to who knows where never No be found. Of course bluecares response was basically not our problem, it was delivered. Now I’m out the electronics circuit boards and the $$. Why would anyone be so stupid to place an item clearly out in the open in pouring rain and very high winds is beyond me. He would have only had to actually go onto the porch where there is a block to actually use if item is to be left out there, obviously their employees don’t care

I got my package. They shipped by amazon...not blue express.

Shocking service, never received item, will not answer my messages for supposed parcel delivered at 10-21 pm .
eBay then take their side as tracking reference given.

scam - they recorded that item was handed to resident which was impossible as I was over 50 miles away. They did not reply to my emails. No photographic evidence . DO NOT USE

I was unfamiliar with this service and unfortunately the reviews online were not good, however I experienced no issues of any kind.

The tracking provided was accurate, I was home and went to greet the delivery person and she handed me the package. She actually waited for me to get to her (about 200' away). So I would recommend Bluecare express because of my experience on 4-3-23

Absolute scam - They say "handed to a resident" but it was 7:49pm on a Saturday. We're an office and closed on the weekend, we also have CCTV, there was nobody in on the weekend, there never is.

DO NOT USE, THEY ARE A SCAM. WORST THAN YODEL.

I placed an order on eBay, and it was shipped through Bluecare Express. The tracking information indicated that the delivery had been completed, but when I inquired about details like the recipient's signature or a description of the person who received the item, I was not given any useful information. To my disappointment, the item was not delivered, and when I attempted to contact Bluecare Express for assistance, they did not respond to my emails, which was distressing given that the item was a Christmas gift for a child. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

they claim my ebay item/parcel was delivered yet nobody came to my house that day ,I checked on my cctv ,they claim the item was tracked and shown as delivered handed to the home owner this was not possible ! ,I was out all day ,ebay need to investigate this parcel firm ,and ebay believe their tracking information rather than the buyers compliant at not reciving the item

Didn't recive my ebay parcel. Said they arrived in person nope they didn't got a video doorbell. Said I refused it wrong again. Then said couldn't find my address. Why does an ebay seller use such a awful delivery service. Read sone reviews. Wont bug from the seller again and definitely won't use this company if I need to send a parcel.

This company is running a scam using Amazon delivery drivers. I have had the same experience as other reviewers I ordered from eBay never got my order seller would not refund because blue care said the delivered to resident. eBay would not refund because tracking said it was delivered.ni emailed bluecare got no help from them and am out of pocket and no goods I will be attempting to get my bank to do a chargeback to stop eBay from refusing a refund. This company is a comp!ete and utter scam!

Initially there was a mess-up with my Ebay purchase but was offered and received a full refund.
On repurchasing it showed the item arriving after business hours. I chased up and Sue at Bluecare got straight back to me saying it would be delivered the next day.
It was(!) and we all lived happily ever after!

Scam never receive item from eBay . I’ve had a dispute with eBay and they are taking seller side as it has tracking. I have with held the payment trough my bank. EBay has challenged it but maybe this will bring to light this scam. Anyone who has had problems should use their bank to withhold the funds of eBay won’t help . And they won’t .

Scam as all other reviews state, fake tracking information to con eBay from forcing them to provide a refund.

Bought a item on ebay for 65 pounds and the seller will not refund me as the tracking says it was delivered to a resident in Rugby (I live in Manchester) and the delivery was done for Manchester but ended in in Rugby saying its been delivered. I don't have the item and out of pocket just one big delivery scam
