I've had my parcel delivered to someone else I've contacted them wit no respone if this is how they do business im shocked to see there still in business

No package, no response to any enquires either. Unprofessional & a waste of time & money. Tracking number already given to BE direct.

My item was delivered promptly as scheduled.

Never got the item delivered, and the company doesn't want to take responsibility. Ebay seller didn't respond, eBay closed the case as Bluecare doesn't reply to my emails so I can't have any proof that they delivered it at all. Ask endless times to proof it was delivered but no reply!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Scammers!! avoid. Purchased item on eBay with Bluecare express as courier. Item has never arrived yet tracking has been added which means that when you raise a case with eBay they simply close it out of hand.

This is criminal activity and should be stopped.

I had given up my package as lost but I sent an email to find out if they had changed the tracking number and Sue very kindly helped me with what I required.

For a lot of the reviews I've read, it's a matter of what is bought and what is easily stolen. I recently ordered a pair of chopsticks from ebay. It was revealed that the seller drop shipped from amazon. It makes some sense. I received my order today in the same condition as brand new. All in one piece. Bravo BlueCare. I understand that the shipping service isn't as known as UPS etc. Given the chance, they do pull through. That's what they did for me. I didn't even have to contact their service team about a lost parcel. I've lost parcels before. For a first time, A job well done.

The only way this company can improve is to stop ripping people off. Basically they take orders on E-bay and the order is supplied by Amazon with about a 30% increase in price, and sent out with Amazons free shipping, disguised as Blue Care Express, and maybe you get it and more likely you don't get it. You get screwed - thats it. Trust Pilot has a "POOR" rating of them. It is run by Yossef & Sara Heilpern from their home after taking the Zuby "become an entrepeneur" online class in 2018. Their "tracking" is fictitious at best with a Delivered status that many people with video security have no video of that ever happening. And E-Bay stands with them, so your truly screwed. Just Google "Bluecare Express - reviews and complaints" and read through them for yourself

Received my box of air filters with a smashed box and 2 of the filters damaged. Wish I could give negative stars as they would get a -5 star review. I don't recommend ordering from ebay if they use this delivery service. They suck big time!!!

They asked me to get in touch and guess what!! they refuse to respond. Somebody needs to shut these thieving scammer down. The heart break and misery they have caused so many people year after year, they've been at this scam for over 5 years now Yossef and Sara Heilpern are making a healthy living with this scam.

This company is a Fraud. After not receiving the parcel from eBay and the tracking showing that the parcel was delivered, I check on my doorbell no one was here. This is a SCAM or by the company or by the delivery guys.,

I managed to contact the parcels company and is actually legit! And very helpful! What happened was the seller from eBay was the total scammer and put me into this situation.

Absolutely awful company say item delivered when it was not even with cctv and ring doorbell no one delivered anything ripped off by courier company and then out of pocket as eBay side with courier company and seller as they say delivered. Please all stay away from (bluecare express) all thieves how can they get away with all this. scamming customers out of their parcels. And as for help from sue in customer services what a absolute joke as not got a clue what she is doing

The same as other people, I purchased an item off eBay, bluecare claim it was delivered and ring doorbell shows no one showed up on the day they say it was delivered! ebay found in favour of seller and I’m out of pocket - scam company!

I ordered electronic components (very small and light items) on ebay. It was delivered around 4PM on a Tuesday and the delivery person did not knock or ring the doorbell so we had no idea of the delivery.
I received an email timestamped around 4AM on Wednesday which I did not receive until 7:30AM and that was the first I knew anything about the delivery. So it sat outside all night. Large lightweight plastic padded envelope. Had there been any wind it would have easily blown away. Stupid, careless, irresponsible delivery. Simply no reason delivery people cannot knock or ring a doorbell when they deliver something. I had never heard of bluecare express before... looks like it is part of amazon.

I HAD A DELIVERY DRIVER CONVINCE EBAY THEY DELIVERED TO MY HAND WHEN I WASNT HOME. EBAY HAS DENIED MY REQUEST FOR HELP AND SAID THEY HAD PROVIDED TRACKING NUMBER. OKAY I WANT TO SEE RECEIPT OR PICTURE.

I have not received my parcel and I have reported it to eBay who are dealing with it, I purchased my parcel and paid for it on 5/5/23 and waited, on 12/5/23 after reporting I have not received it, tracking showed it was delivered on 7/5/23 and given to me,if you are going to lie make it a believable delivery date only prime with Amazon delivers that quick.I contacted Bluecare Express by typing my enquiry only for them to ask for £5.00 to send me fill in forms, and told I would get my money back, I stopped as this sounds like a scam.I will let eBay sort it out but not banking on getting my money back.I have had big wins of money offers from different companies since I contacted them which I know are scams.Never heard of this delivery company but people should stop using them .

They claimed that parcel was delivered to my head when I was at work at this time.

Avoid that company

I bought an item from Ebay only to be told it had been delivered via the tracking info provided. the trouble is my package was handed to an unknown person 200 miles away from where I live with a totally different address and postcode. This company is unbelievably incompetent.
