Quick and efficient pickup. Nice car except the tire lights went on about 15 minutes into our ride and we had to return. The sensor was reset and we were on our way again.

The booking process was easy, the pick-up was almost hassle-free. The car was fresh & clean and throughout our entire trip worked flawlessly. The option to return it without refilling it first was so nice to have, I was done with the drop-off in 2 minutes.
The staff I've interacted with were very polite and helpful.

Great location, car was upgraded to a 4x4.
Contactless pick up was great, simple and time saving. As we chose full insurance the drop was was super quick, so no stress at all in trying to calculate how much time we needed to get to airport and check in. Less then 10 min walk from the main airport terminal.
We’ll be coming back to Iceland to do the longer South Island route and will definitely choose Blue car rental.

The whole experience & service was excellent from start to finish. Their website is easy to use & has comprehensive information about their vehicles & valuable advice on all aspects of using them on Iceland’s roads. I found their instructions on pick-up & drop-off to be clear, & their staff at these times were friendly & very helpful. The car (a 4wd Toyota Rav 4) was clean, in good mechanical order & with plenty of tyre tread. Overall, a great experience - highly recommended.

From the pick-up to the drop-off everything was smooth. Also the help and the communication for the repair of a flat tire (2 times) was very fast and helpful.

We rent TOYOTA RAV4 hybrid for our vacation in Iceland. The car was quiet new and spacious for family of 4 and 4 big luggages. The consumption of gas is 16.7 km/l very efficien for long distance. make our trip save every penny. And the staff very helpfull. We would rekomended to our family and friends to rent at blue

I've rented 2 vehicles - Land Cruisers
One of them had no fire extinguisher, which was handled, but neither car had a jack in case of a flat tire, and the office had no solution other than offering me to purchase by myself and get a refund from you. Well, I had no time and frankly, no desire to purchase 2 jacks for 2 Land Cruisers and deal with the payment and refund - it's not my job nor my responsibility

Thankfully, we didn't have any case of flat tires, and yes, I know that I had roadside assistance, but if it had happened in the middle of the highlands, I would have lost precious time of my trip.

On top of that, the vehicle kept leaning to the right and driving foreward included correcting the wheel all the time which was exhausting. The air pressure was correct as I checked it again and again at gas stations so the problem is with the wheel's alignment, something that needed to be done before the rental. Again, it wasn't bad enough to stop the trip and contact you, but doing so would waste a lot of time that we don't have!

To sum up, it's not my first rental with you, but this time it surely wasn't ideal at all and was somewhat risky

Went to collect my reservation on 8th August, was a little taken aback by the demeanour of the rental agent, rude. When I showed her my reservation, she immediately say "Your reservation is for tomorrow, come back tomorrow." I had to tell her to check my reservation on her system, as it was changed. When I took a photo of the feedback QR code on their desk after getting my rental key, she looked a little panicked and said it was for returns. I must say I was surprised at the standards here in Iceland, usually staff are just indifferent, seldom rude. At least greet the customer /client, Iceland is not a third world country.
Otherwise, the SUV was good and clean.

Everything went very well. The pick-up process was quite easy, although it took us a little while to find the car in the parking lot. The return process was very quick and straightforward. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and answered all our questions.
One small detail that surprised us was that the car did not have a luggage cover in the trunk. We asked about it before leaving the parking lot and were told that this is standard and that all their cars are like this. It might be useful to mention this to customers in advance, simply so they know what to expect.

Very nice rental experience with Blue Car Rental Iceland. The pickup was very easy and convenient, with the key pickup process being straightforward. The drop-off location was also very convenient and within walking distance of the airport.

We rented a midsize SUV, which was in excellent condition throughout the trip. We drove over 2,000 km around Iceland, including a variety of roads and conditions, and the vehicle performed exceptionally well.

Overall, a very smooth, convenient, and reliable experience. Highly recommended!

The pick up of the car was quite easy, staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with setting up our GPS to the car.
