The team at Bromsgrove were fantastic couldn't ask more

I have never adopted a horse before, and after my experience with the Blue Cross I absolutely would again!
The whole process was infused with common sense and a realistic equine-centred approach.
We adopted a 2 year old filly who had been unhandled when she arrived with them, but through their kind and careful (positive reinforcement based) training they had helped this young filly on her way in a human world.
I was genuinely surprised at the process, the methods of training, the awareness (and use) of the latest science based methods of weaning and training.
I cannot recommend them enough!

The staff were amazing and very knowledgeable in the thirsk Rehoming Centre.
I highly recommend them. They described our dog very well and that has helped immensely in the continued training of our lovely fur baby. I would give them high star value if I could. Keep up the good work.

I had a lovely experience with applying to offer a Blue Cross pony a home. Lauren from Burford was super helpful and really quick at replying to all of my emails, it made the process very quick and easy. All phone call & home visit appointments were made quickly and kept too as well as arranging for me to visit the pony. I now have little Juliet with me and she is a super little pony, gaining confidence everyday. I would 100% recommend offering a Blue Cross horse/pony a home. It was a wonderful experience and still is ☺️

This is suppose to be a animal charity that collects loads of donations from all different sources but yet. They will allow my cat to suffer because they want money is disgraceful I payed them 2 times already for the exactly the same issue. I do not have the fee right now because of finicial reasons im am able to pay for medication I haven't got anything in my bank to book a phone appointment to tell me to come and collect the medication from them which they charge for medication also this charity should be ashamed of themselves to call them selves a charity organisation scam if you ask me all about how much money they can get these 0 care for the animals wellbeing

We have nothing but the best things to say about the Blue Cross at Bromsgrove and for the help in the adoption of our kitten, Remy.

The entire adoption process was handled in such a friendly, welcoming and professional manner.

Hannah and Saffron were so incredibly helpful in answering our questions and making sure we were the right home for Remy, and Jessica put us at ease and guided us through the rehoming day in a friendly and knowledgeable way. You can tell the team really care about the animals.

We are so happy with our experience and thank the team at Blue Cross Bromsgrove for allowing us to bring Remy into our lives!

Try do the right thing and ordered from a charity, not huge companies like Amazon. Order delivered to wrong address, just left outside by postie of some random door. Phoned them up today, and informed now out of stock on an item, so asked for a full refund and forget it. Asked how long that takes, 14 working days. 14 working days!!! For a paypal payment! So money needed to replace presents will not be paid back until after Xmas. Lesson learned. Stick to the big companies, certainly won't try Blue Cross again which is a shame.

Blue Cross Hertfordshire were simply brilliant at helping us adopt our new family member, a 3 legged little tabby cat, Rumi. They have taken such good care of her and provided us with as much information as possible about her history. The rehoming centre is welcoming & has a great instore shop, the staff are super friendly and dedicated to their animals.

I highly recommend the Blue Cross they are so helpful in matching the right animal to the right home. Staff are fabulous.

I rehomed a lovely little cat. Thankyou for making the process easy and for being so welcoming and for the fast turnaround.
The photo of me with adopted cat was shared on Facebook ( I consented). However the previous owner was ‘looking out’ for this too and posted about the cat -important info that was not shared with me sooner. The cat had a different name, had run away from home 8 months ago and moved in with a male neighbour, and likes to be out all night. Given the stressors in this cats short life I would hope in future you would share important info like ‘cat ran away from home’ and refused to return… cheers

We rehomed our lovely new kitten from Blue Cross Hertfordshire rehoming centre. They were very helpful and friendly. Our new kitten has settled in very quickly and clearly has been looked after very well, because she already loves people.

I took our cat felix to blue cross in Victoria, the nurse who examined our cat said he was so unwell and it would be kinder to put him asleep, they gave me some time to say goodbye to him, the nurse was so kind and could see I was very upset, we also received a beautiful hand written sympathy card from the nurses, which meant so much to my mother and myself as Felix was a very special cat and family member to us, I would like to thank all the staff who are so kind and caring and provide a wonderful service to animals and their owners.

We met a fantastic and knowledgeable team at the Blue Cross who made rehoming of our dog a really pleasurable experience.

They do a great job for animals in need. Everything from first contact to hand over was handled by the same 2 friendly people. They took care to make sure the animal was right for our family.

Lovely people, experienced and knowledgeable made the whole adoption journey easy and kept us updated regularly.

I recently re-homed 2 Shetland ponies from the Blue Cross and the experience was great. I was helped by Susie and she was fantastic. The staff seem very knowledgeable and are very supportive. I visited the Burford centre and the environment was lovely, the horses seemed very happy there.

Outstanding support from Blue Cross Southampton. I registered with 6 different cat rescue places and Blue Cross were far and away the best in terms of support, speed of responding to my enquiries, kindness and helpfulness with the rehoming process. We now have two delightful 1.5 year olds settling into our home - thank you so much xx

Caroline and the whole staff at Blue Cross Bromsgrove has been brilliant. They're very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They've answered every questions we throw at them. They've been very supportive even after the adoption they still checking up on us to see how Zuko our Akita x Siberian Husky is settling and offer help and tips because they want us to succeed and enjoy many years with our latest new member of my family. Me and my family totally recommend adopting a pet from Blue Cross Bromsgrove because it comes fully vaccinated, 4 weeks free insurance covered gives a peace of mind while looking for new insurance and you'll be reimbursed the money you spend neutering your pet he doesn't get any better than that.
