I ordered an offshore suit in large but there was no stock in this size. it would have been good if the web site had up-to-date stock sizes. Getting the money back was easy.

I ordered a buoyancy aid from Bluefinwatersports. It was in a sale and seemed to be the best price I had found.

I placed the order late on a Monday night, received emails confirming the order, payment, dispatch etc. I think the website said 3 days shipping time, but I received it on Wednesday, so basically it was next day delivery. Exceeded my expectations!

We found Bluefinwatersports on the internet, never having heard of them, placed our order in good faith and they were absolutely brilliant. Free delivery and the Quayside shoes arrived within 48 hours. Absolutely what I wanted and would definitely use them again, and recommend them to everyone. They were cheaper than other similar websites.

Ordered sailing boots at 11pm on wednesday, they arrived at 10am on Friday and were just what we wanted. Highly recommended. Also cheaper than comparable company and free delivery.

Bluefinwatersports were excellent. Quick delivery, good backup and helpful on computer website with any queries.

I purchased an Orca S3 size 9. Found it was too small. Bluefin didnt have a size 10 in the S3 so got a great deal on an Orca Equip in size 10 ! Thanks Ian and everyone at Bluefin for sorting out my 2012 Tri Season.

My order is "orca S3 size:6", it is very popular but difficult to get in Japan.(I found some, but they are more expensive than you)
If your web site has Japanese contents, you may have more Japanese customers.

Would recommend a bit more packaging as we all now what the delivery companies are like with parcels.

Communication to email enquiries was quick and responsive even over the period between xmas and new year. Purchase was straight forward and the delivery prompt. No probems at all, can definately recommend.
