Quite frankly exceptional service
Quite frankly exceptional service is what this company does very well. We had a boiler leak and they were out within an hour and a half and problem solved. Suggested a modification to our system and within four days had returned and fitted the parts - a very nice and cheerful engineer came to do the work and it works very well now. Very pleased with Blue Flame a huge improvement over our last service and maintenance contract, which was with a national company who were awful to deal with. I like the fact that when you phone you are speaking to a local person. No problems at all.

Having spoken to two local people who…
Having spoken to two local people who made the job seem complicated and expensive. Blue flame came and made it simple and very reasonable price wise. Now I don’t go anywhere else.

Pleased initially
I was pleased initially with the response to sending me out an Engineer but sadly he wasn't able to complete my boiler service and then there was a lengthy wait before he could come out again. To date I have received no paperwork to confirm the boiler has even been serviced which I will need for my warranty cover. Also enquired about other work and no-one has been back in touch.

Hi Lisa, the first visit we could not service your boiler as the governor on the meter was broken, we had to contact northern gas and once they did the work you could contact us to re book, was not aware the service record had not been sent but thats done now.

Appointment arranged easily, text reminder the day before.
Engineer arrived on time and was friendly and knew what he was doing. All sorted in about 45 minutes. Area left clean and tidy.
