Do not order from these guys. Totally untrustworthy. Sent glasses back as they failed to give the correct lense size...every other seller of same managed that...but they’ve hidden that!! Had to send back. they confirmed received with accessories ie box etc. But tried to say that in order to give me refund I needed to give them a clear plastic bag too (despite not asking for that back)
Claims that the bag gives the glasses authenticity not the physical glasses...huh???

Genuine Oakley prescription glasses with anti-scratch and blue-filter coatings received in the UK within 8 days from placing the order. Achieved 45% saving vs UK high street. Brilliant service! I did, however, make sure that the frame was in stock before ordering. This information is provided by Bluenty website at the point of order.

My glasses didn't arrive after 2 weeks, when I contacted Bluenty they blamed the supplier. I'm currently seeking a refund but am unable to contact the company, I will try via PayPal now.
Very poor communication from Bluenty, I won't waste my time with this company in the future.
I hope my review helps others in the future.

I have waited over a month for my glasses to be delivered despite being charged for a 5-9day delivery.
The company doesn’t take any responsibilities and puts the onus on their own suppliers.
I have had to constantly chase them for an update and despite receiving an email last week saying that my glasses were posted, they are still yet to be received by the shipping agent 6 days later.

Don’t waste your money, go elsewhere. Whilst the price is appealing, you get what you pay for and that is delays, poor service and complete misleading information.

Placed an order for Oakley prescription glasses with this company on 29th June. I completed the order form correctly, attached my prescription and even confirmed the prescription requirement for near sighted lenses in answer to a message from the company.
Despite promising a 5-9 day despatch, the glasses were despatched on 19th July. On arrival, I immediately discovered that the lenses were incorrect.
I contacted them straight away and was informed that they had adjusted the lenses for far sight as a default, because they claimed I hadn't informed them of whether the lenses were for near or far sighted. I reminded them that they had been given the correct requirement, via both the prescription and in an email. They offered to correct the lenses, if I paid for the glasses return and shared the cost of the correction process. I obviously refused this offer on the basis that it their error but, for the sake expediency, offered to pay for the fitting of the lenses locally, if they sent the correct lenses.

I contacted them again on 7th August to enquire if they had sent the replacement lenses. They confirmed they had and so I thought the issue was resolved. Today, on 22nd August, I contacted them again to find out when the replacement lenses would arrive. They ignored this question totally, instead now choosing to deny they made any error with the lenses in the first place!!
I am totally frustrated with the service and total denial of any responsibility by this company, despite all the evidence to the contrary.

My advice is to stay well clear, if you want prescription lenses fitted to your glasses.

Ordered Raybans a while back. They arrived quickly and are the real deal. I recommend Bluenty.

I ordered some Ray-Ban glasses which said they were in stock ready to be delivered in 5-9 days. I never received confirmation of purchase email or shipping email so I messaged them asking what was going on. I got a message saying that the order was processed and the glasses were coming from the manufacturer. I replied asking why this was happening and they sent back exactly the same generic email as before! So after waiting over a month for my Ray-Ban glasses to be delivered they arrived this morning and are 100% NOT REAL. Beware of this website they take your money, ignore your emails and send you rip off merchandise. Absolutely gutted I spent money on these and they're not genuine. Learnt my lesson if something seems too good to be true it always is! Do not buy from this company! I just hope I can get a refund!

Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED. One star is too much for this site.
I ordered a pair of Persol glasses the 4th of May; they were available and should have arrived in 5-9 days.
The period passed and I didn't received any news (the status of the order is still "processing"), so I contacted the support to have some explanations and they told me that the glasses I bought weren't even available at their manufacturer (even if their website said the contrary), so they didn't know when they could have sent them to me.
This is UNACCEPTABLE.

I asked them my refund, but they didn't answer me back.
After this, I opened a dispute on PayPal, but they once again didn't answer, so I converted it into a complaint to finally have my refund.

I will never buy again on this site, it's absolutely unreliable, because even if they say they have a product in a few days, this is not true, because they don't actually have them and they don't even know when they will have them.

Ho ordinato un paio di occhiali da vista Persol che sarebbero dovuti arrivare entro 5-9 giorni, ma passato tale periodo e non avendo avuto più notizie (lo stato dell'ordine risulta ancora essere "in elaborazione"), ho contatto il supporto chiedendo spiegazione.

La risposta? Gli occhiali da me acquistati non erano ancora nemmeno disponibili dal loro fornitore (anche se sul sito dicono che sono disponibili) e che quindi non sanno quando me li potranno spedire.
INACCETTABILE.
Ho quindi chiesto il rimborso, ma non mi hanno più risposto. Ancora più inaccettabile.

Dopo ciò ho ovviamente avviato la contestazione su PayPal (che ho ora convertito in reclamo dal momento che non mi hanno risposto nemmeno lì) per avere finalmente il mio rimborso.

Non farò più acquisti su questo sito e sconsiglio vivamente ad altri di farlo, sono inaffidabili e falsi, perché anche se dicono che un prodotto è disponibile entro pochi giorni, in realtà non li hanno e non sanno nemmeno se gli arriveranno.

Bought a pair of Ray Bans and they arrived in the day they said they would and as described.
They were the cheapest offering online and much cheaper than duty free where we first liked them!
Will definitely be back if need anything else!

Lots of questions have been asked on various cycling web sites if these are genuine Oakleys. I can confirm tht these are the real deal - not fake imports ! So much so I have purchased multiple pairs over the past few years and will continue doing so ! Get the real deal and buy from Bluenty !
