No contact was made when an item was out of stock.
I paid for an item and received an email to confirm the payment and delivery would be 2-3 days. 7 days later I contacted them asking for details of my order. James the person I spoke to explained the item was out of stock and he was expecting a deliver from bosch that day. I asked him to reply to the email I sent and to phone me back with an update. He did this. The update was the item was not on the delivery and I could have a different voltage one instead. Or wait for the right one to come and have a set of legs for it at no extra charge. I asked for a transformer and next day delivery. Which it was a flat no. I offered to pay the balance of £30 with the transformer. It went up to £50. I could get it cheaper without the transformer else where. So I declined. Overall I was not happy about the level of service I received. As stated before I had to contact them about my item and chase it up and didn't feel they supported me in purchasing the item I wanted.

It is always our policy to contact customers immediately if we are not able to deliver their order when promised, and I apologise that we failed to do that in this instance. Unfortunately there was then a further delay as the wrong voltage was delivered by Bosch. Your order has of course been refunded in full and I aplologise for any inconvenience.
We have plenty of these machines in stock now should you still require one.

Bosch Multi Tool Grouting Saw Blade
Delivery was prompt, easy to order on line and excellent website explaining product details. Just one remark is that the website did not tell me that Blue power tools was situated within about 5 miles away from where I live,in which case had I known I would have collected the product,now I know .that is what I will do in future.
