Failed promises. They’ll tell you whatever they think you want to hear, but when it’s time for them to give the extras they promised- completely ghost you. Promised a promotional credit, did everything they asked and provided proof, but never received the credit. Reached out over four times to follow up on this and have been completely ignored for two months.

Everyone was nice and very helpful. I liked the fact that they were not pushy and allowed me to call them when I was ready to move forward with my purchase.

Me experience with Bule World Pool was very enjoyable very professional experience with the setup crew. The sales rep wasn’t straightforward with a few things. But all said and done I love the pool I pray it last as long as my payments are 12 years is a long time.

This company is a scam. Been paying over $230/month for over 8 years and they say we are only half paid off. Customer service is a joke and the warranty for the liner was a lie.

Everyone I have talked to has been extremely nice. The work was done how they said it would be and good quality work.

Sales was great. Service department is very busy hard to contact but once you get them they were very patient and made sure all our answers were complete. Luther went above and beyond helping us get winterized.

Blue world pools was easy to deal with, straight forward and helpful. Would recommend! Most loved part is my daughter that has sensitivity to chlorine can swim in this pool with no issue due to the use of the ion system in place of heavy chlorine!!

Just make sure you plan where you want them to put it and make sure their aren’t rocks in the sand the pad prep guys use. They were great.

Good pool can wait to enjoy it longer next year
