Super service an high quality
I have made some thirty photo book projects by Blurb, starting in 2009. The quality of the printing has improved notably over the years as have also the editing tools. It easy to make your own layouts.
I have experienced once over the years that a book came out with a flaw. It was replaced imediately at no cost for me. Super and very friendly service.

I have been using blurb since 2017. I make yearly books of all the things we have done. My kids love them and look at them all the time. They are great quality and the program is very easy to use.

I love the product But support is hideous
I love the product - but the support is non existent . The response time is too slow to be effective.1. I had a screwed up order . 2.I reported it immediately.
3. there was a delayed response. 4. Blurbs solution is to reprint and re- send the book - I t is too late - it is not useful- I can not use it . I don't want it - I want instead a refund .

Would recommend - check for dents on pages
The book I had made was incredibly easy to customize to be printed & the picture print quality is perfect.
The biggest complaint I have is there's a *very* noticeable & decent size dent on nearly every single page from when the book was put together.
I had also thought the title was to be printed on the book itself, not just the dust cover - that doesn't bother me as much as all the dents/bends on the majority of the pages from being put together though.
Besides that, I would recommend using this company for picture or book printing.

I'm a little disappointed that an order…
I'm a little disappointed that an order place April 22 has yet to even be shipped. And isn't even to be expected until May 13. Other orders placed that same day have all be delivered.

The reproduction book of Bill Ray Hells Angels of San Berdoo is excellent, I opted for the printed cover version. The quality of materials and most of all his photography of these iconic images is great. What a fantastic way to own a long out of print book at a reasonable cost.

Not everything was typed correctly
Not everything was typed correctly. A lot of words were not there. I have to retype the poems that were missing words. I have to buy everything over. 🙄

Excellent service. I love your print on pearl mohawk paper. Blurb staff was so helpful. My dust jacket came out with prints overlapping the spine. I was helped with my issue. I have now more than 20 books from my trips printed by Blurb
