Everything I’ve ordered from blush mark has been delivered pretty quickly. The items come nicely packaged and all fit decent. For the most part everything is priced cheap and I’ll definitely recommend to friends

I order some pants, they look nothing like the picture and now the return slip won't print.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, first of all customer service is freaking horrible I had emailed to ask why my express shipping order was not yet shipped when the second order I made a few days after had been shipped and they had told me there was a delay. Now please tell me why you guys are informing me of a delay 4 days before it’s due to arrive and I was only told that bc I have emailed if I had not emailed I wouldn’t be told then they went and made sure I was sent delayed email that same day she told me my package was delayed. IF I CHOOSE EXPRESS SHIPPING THEN WHY ISNT MY PACKAGE GETTING SHIPPED FAST LIKE IT SHOULD BE. Like why have that option just for you to not complete it and then this where they came with another lie when I asked what’s the reason for my delay and that I wanted a tracking number for the order that had said it’s going to fulfillment center on Thursday The 14th and all the lady Lynn does is respond and tell me it’s delayed and now there saying that oh the reason it’s delayed is because a pair of pants that’s out of stock in the size but I went on a different account and ordered the same pants in the same size from my account with no out of stock notifications like if it was out of stock it wouldn’t let me even buy it i know how a website work and now there trynna tell me that they are sending my package with out the pants in them and giving me a refund like no ma’am don’t lie to me and not to mention they take hours and even days to answer and this how much of a scam this is they literally were sitting here and emailing back and forth with me at 4 am to 5:43 am like huh. And now after I said I’ll involve lawyers all of a sudden they start giving me my tracking number like girl ship me my pants too and make sure they in my package because it’s giving scam and lying to customers and in retail you should know customers always number one

I've ordered 2 times & got the 1st on time the 2nd I didn't but blushmark gave me 100 points everyday it was late, I finally got it 2 weeks late tho, better late than never I say... So far I have no complaints with blushmark...

This is the worst company I have ever purchased from in my life! I ordered $100 worth of stuff that never got delivered to me and when I contacted them via email because of course they have no number they put it on usps and told me to dispute it with thwm which they know will get me NOWHERE! They have constantly refused to offer me any type of customer service at all! Fashion Nova would at least offered me some credit by now which actually they issue a full refund and reship the items. No other company has ever given me these many issues especially with something that wasn't delivered! They are scam artists and you SHOULD NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM
