Although the item I received was well below par, on emailing bmcdigital I got a fast reply and a replacement, which was of better quality. Would use bmc again.

Ordered a Samsung USB Connection Kit at a nice price and expedited delivery. So, excellent product, excellent service / delivery. Highly recomended.

After looking for a while for an Element case for iphone, decided to purchase from BMCDigital. Item was allegedly shipped following day but come 4 days it had not arrived. Contact BMCdigital (who in fairness responded same day) who provided confirmation of shipping and Royal Mail number, royla mail had no record of dispatch so BMCDigital informed me it must have been lost in the post and would ship a new item when element case was next in stock. Their website shows (and still shows) the item as being in stock, however this is not the case, and my biggest bug as i need the product for a present and could have got the item elsewhere.

Have received a full refund after raising paypal dispute and refund was prompt hence 2 stars.

I purchased a Afterglow xbox 360 controller in green on the 5th of November. I recieved an email on the 5th saying that my purchase was successful and on the 6th I recieved another email stating that my product had been sent in the mail, first class.

A week passed and still no controller, so I contacted them and they did give me a refund but only after trying to sell me another one in red because they didn't have any more in green, which in my mind meant that they NEVER had one in green. Hence they are CON MEN!!!

I wouldnt use them ever again, and the only good point about them is that their customer service is quick and informative. BUT there shouldn't be the need to speak to them about it, should i?
