Generally very good service - very prompt with no delivery hassles. Also quality of products generally good. Only one complaint on two occasions I've ordered Kindle covers, both have then arrived looking quite different rrom the picture i.e. lime greeen rather than bottle green and black shiny leather rather than a more matt black. Anyway for the price can't really complain.

Purchased two items, inks for my brother printer and a Kindle case. Both arrived within the stated delivery period along with a very good price, altogether a very enjoyable transaction.

I cannot find anyfault with this company. The service was efficient and my purchase was with me within 3 days. I would definitely use them again. Also, the cover for my Kindle Keyboard that I bought is certainly very good value for money. All in all I'm very pleased and satisfied with the company and my purchase.

Ordered my Kindle 3G cover with light on the 21st December and did not expect to receive it until after Christmas but I was delighted when it arrived on the 23rd. The product was as pictured on the website and was excellent value for money and there was no postage charge. What more could you ask for . A very satisfied customer.

My order was shipped on the 14th December, and despite numerous attempts to get clarity on where my order is, I received zero communication. Not a happy bunny!

Delighted with service. Delivered within 3 working days prior to Christmas. I have had a number of problems with other on line providers and would have no hesitation recommending this site.

I bought a product from this website as a Christmas present. It never arrived. As it had been a few weeks and it was getting close to Christmas, I emailed the company wondering where the product was and was blunty told (after paying for it) that this product was no longer in stock. I looked on the website and it clearly was in stock, only the price had risen by about £50. When I asked BMC if they could now send my item, I was told it was too late as I had been refunded... only after I had contacted them with my concern of course.

After several emails in which BMC had no interest in sending the product that I'd actually bought from them I can only assume that they purposely didn't send the item and expected me to pay the higher price. I have seen this happen to other customers recently (and a TV programme in which companies are deliberately doing the above) and think it is totally unacceptable service.

My boyfriend now has no Christmas present and a pissed off girlfriend... Merry flippin' Christmas!

I will never use this company again I placed a order 10 days ago and still have not received it. I spent all day trying to ring but no-one answers the phone. I also sent a email but had no reply.

Quick delivery of this item however the actual item was second hand it had obviously been returned for some unknown reason and when I opened the poorly packed bag the item fell to pieces,the light should have been held together with 4 screws there was no screws in the bag and the light unit had obvious screwdriver marks all around the case where someone had tried to open it.I had bought this for a xmas present for my G/daughter so had to purchase 4 screws from a local jeweller who kindly put it together for me and got it working.I have tried to contact the buyer but have had no success.I won't be buying here again.

Ordered a phone case with 1st class delivery. Didn't arrive. Said they would send a replacement after 10 days of waiting (they requested extra time given Xmas post). Then they said they had no more stock (I now doubt they had any at the time I ordered AND paid). Couldn't give a date when they could send another. As per other comments, no phone number is ever answered. Email response slowed to snails pace and eventually stopped when I requested refund. Had to raise a PayPal dispute which was settled in a day as BMC clearly failed to honour contract. Very poor. Won't use again.

Although the product was delivered slightly later than expected, the quality was precisely as portrayed on the website and is excellent. Surely thats all a customer wants. I would go back there anytime.

My advice would be to improve the product information and make it slicker and more informative.

Bought a kindle cover, Excellent service and a good product, very pleased with it. Had looked everywhere for a pink one and came here by chance but will be first port of call next time
