not impressed with Bmc Digital at all ordered my kindle cover and recieved email on 07/03/12 at 1516 to say it had ben dispatched
yet to-day 17/03/12 I still have not recieved my order and the office is closed till monday

Originally ordered this cover in pink, received black in error very quickly. Notified bmc on the day or arrival and received the pink one the following day. Purchased a kindle cover from Bmc Digital which ended up damaging my brand new Kindle itself. This was effectively a fault with the product. Notified Bmc who dealt with matter in a professional, courteous and efficient way. My emails and telephone calls responded to almost immediatley and I was kept informed of what was happening to sort things out. The matter was resolved efficiently, with little hassle and to everyones satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and would purchase from them again.

I Googled Kindle Covers and clicked on Bmc. I found the website very easy to navigate and was impressed by the range of items available. The pricing is extremely competitive. I ordered two Kindle covers for the same price as one on Amazon.
The goods were delivered within 48 hours and were of an excellent quality.
