I ordered a replacement battery for my wife's phone. Other places were selling the battery but for almost twice the price so I was a little sceptical that this one would be any good. But it's brilliant - no problems at all. The battery arrived quickly and was a perfect replacement for the battery that was supplied with the phone - in fact it was better because it has a higher capacity! I'd definitely recommend these guys.

I found BMC service to be top rate, good communication via email about the order and shipping of the product, which arrived within good time.

The Griffin Stylus Pen makes navigating through webpages and apps on my iPhone a breeze, works perfectly. I would recommend the pen and this company to my friends and family.

My Kindle cover is exactly as I thought it would be the description was excellent it arrived within 3 days one of which was a weekend day so again excellent service.

I ordered the pink kindle cover with free ereader light. It arrived quickly. The quality of the kindle cover was good. The light is powerful but the battery case a bit bulky. Also the battery case broke the first time i tried to put batteries in- now its held together with a hairband,so a bit disappointed but cant complain as it was free. With hindsight i would have ordered from a different company i think.

Recently bought Kindle cover and light. Delivery of 2 days was excellent, items were in good condition although light batteries soon died, but that could have been over-use! In a perfect world, I'd redesign the light to be more versatile and secure when clipped on cover, also add an adjustable stand to the cover. Then it would be perfect! I would have paid £2-3 more for these adaptations. Have researched ways of adding a stand but afraid it would be too much extra stress for the cover.

Delivered promptly but sent the wrong colour kindle colour and still awaiting a reply to my e mail sent a week ago concerning a replacement.

I ordered a Kindle cover and was sent the wrong item,I emailed Bmc to try to arrange to send it back, they did not email me back to arrange return of the goods, I paid postage to return the item which they did then replace with the correct item but with no word of apology. A disappointing experience

Unable adequately rate company at present ...reason being I am awaiting goods ordered. I was impressed with initial speed of service and notification of prompt delivery. However, goods appear to have been lost in transit. I now await fresh supply. Meantime, Sali in Customer Support has been very helpful.

Ordered light for kindle fast delivery but item rubbish putting batteries in for first time cover broke now held together with elastic band !!

Ordered leather Kindle cover, screen protector and mains charger. items received very promptly (2 days) excellent packing and items were exactly what I had ordered. Absolutely no problems at all and would definitely recommend!
