Claudia L is an outstanding representative! She was very attentive to detail and went above and beyond to research and solve the issue. She was very thorough and i am very satisfied with her customer service! She definitely exceeds the standard of what customer service should be! I personally would like to thank Christian for his service and getting my paperwork done I’ve been suffering from black mold it’s been hindering my allergies and the AC is constantly breaking down so I had to try to figure out how I was gonna get money to find a decent place to live and I just thank God for BMG for being there to help support my knees in a difficult situation and still paying rent so that my credit won’t get damaged too bad but thank you guys very much
