I love the communication between myself…

I love the communication between myself and Claudia L , I love that she didn’t give generic responses to my questions and concerns. She took the necessary steps to get my questions answered and found solution to my problem, wish all the agents was as friendly and willing to help.

Luis

Luis, turned my stressful situation into a positive outcome. He was very attentive and polite. He assisted me through the entire refinancing process. I want to give him the biggest praise because without him I would be stuck trying to complete my refinance process.
