Good luck if you ever need support. I purchased a package and had been using it, but I couldn't access my account. The password reset didn’t work, and support couldn’t resolve the issue for two week... See more

The service is very poor
The service is very poor. Bought the sim with 5gb internet for £12. I regretted it because it hardly works in hurghada egypt. Couldn't even book uber few times. I would say better to buy a local sim card than waste money on this crap.

The BNE E Sim provider is a scam
The BNE E Sim provider is a scam. When you purchase a plan, they initially provide the data amount paid for. But then when you top up with the credit paid for, the message says “payment failed” The largely absent customer service promises to manually top up but they don’t execute. I believe the business model is to bait and cheat.

Disappointing Experience with Bnesim’s Europe Package and Customer Support
I purchased Bnesim’s Europe package, assuming it would cover all European countries. However, I was surprised to learn that Poland isn’t included, and this critical detail wasn’t made clear upfront.
To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service for help, the responses were slow and unhelpful. I was left without internet access during my trip and had to rely on temporary solutions like airport Wi-Fi.
Now, on the second day of my trip, I still haven’t received any update, despite being told I would hear back as soon as possible. This lack of urgency and communication has only added to the frustration.
This experience was incredibly disappointing, highlighting a lack of transparency and poor customer support.

Best E Sim for USA
I have bought 2 esims for my USA trip (1 for each phone) and the sim has worked like a charm. The setup was super easy and customer service online was super fast for any help. Kudos to BNesim. SUPER HIGHLY recommended. Areas where i have used? Washington DC, NYC, Miami, Chicago, Detriot & West Virginia (Morgantown).

Great Esim with excellent support
I bought two eSims. One for Türkiye (worked with Türk Telekom) and one for Pakistan (worked with Jazz). I was new to esims and had tried a few before I went abroad but overall BNESIM were way above any of the others I tested and finally decided to use abroad. There was very quick and excellent support via chat from their support staff and there were no issues with the usage of the eSims. However like all SIMs, they are only as good as the local network that is used. First use in each country required me to reboot my phone to get the connection on the local network. With both Sims installed, I will be topping them up via the app next time I am abroad again for the respective country in a few months time.
BNESIM are great value and I would recommend them to anyone.

Don't buy: permanently disabled Hotspot on iPhone
I got e-SIM for one Asian country and it worked well. Then I got one for USA. When returned to Canada, the app permanently disabled my iPhone's ability to Hotspot to other devices. I contacted customer support and they blamed the problem on Apple iOS and couldn't fix it. Erasing the phone and restoring from backup didn't work as the same problem reappeared. I had to completely erase the phone and manually reload all my apps and settings one by one which wasted a full day's time. I strongly do not recommend this eSIM company.

Love the non-expiring data
Great value eSIMs, so far it’s been working well. I really like the fact that they offer non-expiring data plans, which not many other providers seem to do. Perfect as a backup SIM as the data lasts however long as it takes to use it. I have it alongside my primary SIM (a Vodafone based MVNO) with iPhone’s ‘Allow data switching’ enabled so whenever there’s no signal on Vodafone it will use BNE which has access to ee, 3 and O2. So I can now use all the UK networks and should get connectivity almost anywhere. Bought the Europe plan as it was pretty much the same price as UK only but not tried it outside of the UK yet.

Charging monthly. No customer service help
I traveled to Bali is July and tried to use BNESIM for cell service for me and my travel partner. We were not able to get it to work. When I got back to the states I called to get a refund. Not only did they not manage this but I have been charged every month since. We are going on month 5 now. I have tried to work with them and they have told me via email, no less that ten times that they would correct the issue and get me a refund. Nothing. I have had to work with my bank to stop them from continuing to charge me. Go with another company. not only couldn't I get cell service in Bali, this customer service is a nightmare.

Works well, good value and support
I've used BNESim since May as my data-only provider in New Zealand, reserving my physical Sim for just casual calls and txts. It's been well-priced and reliable - I bought the "never expires" data which suits my fairly low and intermittent usage pattern.
I also used their Asia plan successfully while travelling in Eastern Asia in May and June, and that was fine too, with plenty left for my next visit there.
Finally, there was an outage here for a few hours and when I reported it, they solved it by supplying another eSim with the same data plan I'd originally bought. And then the outage ended and the original eSim started working again also, meaning they'd just doubled my data for me.
Setup was ok - no hitches - and the Android app likewise, though a bit confusing as they seem to be shifting from one to another at present (both work).
So far you could say I'm very happy with them.

Other people have reported in this…
Other people have reported in this already, no it has happened to me too. After totally useless esim cards (and a refund from bne sim due to this) they have the nerve to deduct further payments on the credit card. I had never clicked on subscription’ (why would i? Totally worthless). And of course, their customer service does not reply to any chat messages. I am speechless. In my country, this is called ‘stealing’

cheap and easy
Cheap rates under 1 dollar for 1 GB for Europe when you need just text messanges for communication. Easy installation through the app took about 2 minutes. I did have to change 1 setting manually to activate connection. So far so good.

I bought 5GB for Turkey and impressed…
While visiting Turkey, I bought 5GB in UK and I am impressed with the simplicity and quality of the data connection in Antalya.
I assume except the app is a bit overcomplicated (can you offer a basic UX option) everything is good.
Also, I recommend you to buy a bit more data, if you use background downloading or activate data savers on

10GB Data isn't 10GB!
I purchased 10GB data from Bnesim 5 days ago and used it for mostly Twitter/X carefully. A few minutes ago, it disconnected and when I checked the app, I saw that I've spent 10GB data!
I normally use more with my regular sim but don't spend more than 3 or 4 GB data in a week. This was my first and last connection with Bnesim!
