Used to use Zatu a lot
Used to use Zatu a lot, but the site and customer service has gone down hill massively this year. Seams now customer service has no way of finding information out from their warehouse, and have shifted from using DPD to Evri to cut costs.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you feel your recent experiences have not matched previous ones.
Our customer service team do not work in the warehouse, so for certain queries such as checking specific editions, printings, or physical stock details, we do need to request this information from the warehouse team. As they are focused primarily on processing and dispatching orders, these checks are completed when the team are available to do so.
In terms of delivery services, we still offer DPD delivery at the same pricing as on the previous website. We have also added Evri as an additional lower-cost option, particularly as Royal Mail shipping costs have increased considerably. Royal Mail services are also still available to select at checkout for customers who prefer them.
We appreciate your feedback and are continuing to review processes across both the website and customer support experience.

Still don't have my parcel almost 3 weeks on
We're now on the 4th attempt at delivery, with the first 3 getting lost, stolen or put into a locker by Evri and being told there's no way to access it. Customer service have been responsive but ineffectual

While our customer service team have continued to assist and investigate each issue raised, we are unfortunately not the delivery company and do not have direct control over how parcels are handled once they are within the courier network. This includes parcels being misplaced, incorrectly delivered, inaccessible in lockers, or stolen after delivery attempts.
Each time an issue has been reported, our team has followed the appropriate investigation process with the courier and arranged replacements where possible. Unfortunately, if further courier issues then occur, we are required to repeat this process accordingly.
We appreciate your acknowledgement that our team have remained responsive throughout, even though we understand the repeated courier failures have understandably impacted your experience.

Pricing on Pokémon is disgusting
Pricing on Pokémon is disgusting. The prices Zatu get the products at will not have changed they are just hoping parents and people not in the know will buy the stuff at 3 times RRP. Scummy practice most online retails have stayed at RRP for current run products Zatu apparently think they are more important than these other retailers.

We understand that pricing on high-demand Pokémon products can be frustrating. Unfortunately, when demand significantly exceeds supply, market prices across the industry increase accordingly, and our pricing is set competitively in line with other online retailers and the wider market.
This is not about misleading customers or taking advantage of parents or collectors. If products were listed strictly at RRP online in the current market, they would typically sell out to resellers and bots, making them unavailable to the majority of genuine customers.
We appreciate that not everyone will agree with this approach, but our pricing reflects current availability, supplier costs, and market conditions at the time.

Great selection, better prices than Amazon, eBay and competitor sites. Feels more like a local business in a good way. Delivery was quick to Ireland. I had a nightmare on other sites where products came in other languages (twice) despite there being zero indication of this with all of the descriptions in English. On Zatu, the process was easy and guaranteed, will use exclusively going forward
