North bar and lines purchased from board-worx September 2017, line snapped less than two months later. Got in touch with board-worx who were very unsympathetic and dismissive of my issue - they couldn't care less even going so far as to be rude, immature, and even calling me a liar - see facebook reviews! They claimed I was at fault and that item had been misused even though I have constantly stated it hasn't - comes down to customers word against there's so you simply cannot win! Now left £280 out of pocket. BE WARNED of this retailer - cheap prices even cheaper customer service!

I talked to the boys at boardworx and got some good information, I was not pushed at all in to buying and after doing a little research myself, that they suggested I did call back and got a great deal, a all round great experience. I have used the kit, in fact broke a part ( my own fault) and they had me back on the water a few days later, a good service a good shop.

Board Worx is my favourite store in the world. Mark, Olly and Karen are brilliant - they give you honest advice and are super loyal to long standing customers. I've been shopping at Boardworx since I was a teenager, previously for windsurfing gear and now kitesurfing gear. They have the latest kit (kites, boards), gadgets (xensr, GoPro etc) and clothes (notably they're the only store in Whitstable that sell bikinis all year - which is helpful for when you go on those winter beach holidays abroad). Not only do you walk in the store and it smells like coconut surf wax, but it feels like a surf shop abroad. Everyone gives expert advice, and are super friendly and if your kit needs fixing they'll help you too. Thank you for being the best shop in town, and hope to still be shopping with you guys in 50 years time.

BoardWorx has been my 'local' board shop for many moons. I bought my very first board from these guys when I was 13... which was a while ago now... I've long since moved out of the area, but I always try and get back for any big purchases. On this occasion, time was a factor, so I had a look at the website, gave the guys a buzz, had a bit of a chat, then hit the buy button. As I say, it's always nicer to pop in, but if you can't make it down to the store, then be sure to give the BoardWorx website a go. You definitely won't be disappointed and you'll know that, even though it's online, you're buying from a local board shop run by passionate board-riders, rather than some soulless distribution warehouse somewhere. BoardWorx are the best.

Lovely jumper, arrived on time.

Living near Inverness there are no windsurf/kitesurf shops within hundreds of miles so all my windsurf and kitesurf purchases have to be made on-line. I have used Boardworx several times; their prices and kit have always been good. More importantly for me the free delivery makes them hugely competitive compared to most other shops' carriers that apply the highlands and islands double whammy. Recently I was a little disappointed with a kite purchase. A full refund was offered without hesitation and once the kite was returned the refund was immediate. An excellent shop with great customer support.

Staff at Board-worx are very helpful and helped me choose the right kitesurfing kit for me and my son. Got a great deal on a package of kites and board as well. They'll do you the best deal they can and have never failed to pick up the phone or reply to my emails when asking for help or advice, even when it wasn't a product they were selling from their shop. Great stuff and will use again for sure.

I purchased a Weird Fish fleece on eBay. These things are not inexpensive and I was slightly concerned that I was being conned ! I shouldn't have worried. It was exactly as described, it arrived very promptly ( and I live about 8 miles from John O'Groats )and was a really good price. This , from my experience , is a 5 star seller. Highly recommended.

Super fast delivery of Weird Fish fleece. It was too big but BoardWorx exchanged it with no quibble. I would thoroughly recommend this company and will not hesitate to buy from them again.
