Never normally review, but large cork board arrived damaged due to rather thin packaging - Wrote to BW who immediately responded asking me to bin the damaged board and they would send-out a new one straight away !

Just what's needed for 2 pensioners in their 70s.
It's installed in the kitchen,and while we sup our morning tea a quick look at the white board provides all the info of 'to do things' written to remind us the day before. Should be part of a survival pack for us over the hill mob.

colour different to the one shown on website, arrived slightly damaged
The flip chart easel we ordered is very sturdy and looks much nicer than our previous cheaper one. However, the website image shows a colour different to the one we received, and the board arrived chipped and slightly indented. The damage wasn't big enough to bother returning it, but I wouldn't use the same seller again.

I ordered two magnettic white boards which arrived very quickly, however when they arrived one pen trays was damaged. I reported the damage and recieved a replacement the very next morning. As I head a Customer Support team myself I can speak from experience when I say that I was impressed.
P.S. The boards are also of a good quality and I would order again if I ever have the need.
