Fantastic Customer Service
After an initial hiccup with my order, after the dispatch notice I had not received the board in the expected time frame. I contacted customer services and was put in contact with Amy. Although she was having to inform me of the unfortunate news that my board was going to take a while longer than expected, I cannot fault the customer service.
I was given updates to the status of the order and once dispatched again it was received within 2 days.
The product itself is perfect for what was required and arrived in perfect condition.

I had ordered from you some time ago now but I have no way of monitoring exactly where my product is or when its goes to arrive or any updates at all. Or maybe im not looking in the right place but iv had no email saying that my item has been despatched or on its way or anything.

Thank you for taking the time to review our service. You should have received an estimated delivery window to your email along with you invoice. If you didn't receive this I apologise.
I've traced your order an I can see that it was despatched from us on the day you ordered (Friday 18th September) and was delivered at 9:22am on Monday 21st September. The proof of delivery says the goods were signed for by a lady called Sue.
I can see on your order that you requested for the goods to be left with a neighbour if you weren't at home - so perhaps they are there.
I'll ask one of the customer service team to give you a ring before 9am this morning to confirm that you've received this message. If you cannot find the board let them know and we'll go from there.
