I've always dreamed of a day on the water - not just a catamaran ride, but something special to feel like a movie heroine: wind in my hair, sun on my face, smooth water all around and a complete sense of freedom. Boatsetter helped me to realize this dream.
The first thing to note is how comfortable the platform is to use. I'm a person who gets a bit anxious when booking something new, especially in a different country. But here everything turned out to be intuitive: a large selection of boats, detailed descriptions, photos, prices are immediately transparent, no unpleasant surprises. I especially liked the fact that you can choose not only the type of boat, but also options - for example, with or without a captain. It was important for me to have a captain, because I didn't dare to drive myself.
I chose a small half-day boat to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriends. It was the best decision! The captain turned out to be not only professional, but also a very friendly person who told interesting stories about the places we sailed past. We felt safe and relaxed at the same time. We could sunbathe, swim, take beautiful pictures - all without fuss.

Read the fine print. If you have your own boat insurance policy, call and inquire about rental coverage before buying through Boatsetter. I was a little hesitant at first but glad that I rented through them. Keep open lines of communication through the app only

Amazing day on the water with family. The boat was great and Danny was so helpful. Definitely will rent again.

Lots of bait and switch scenarios. Don’t expect the price you see to be anywhere near the price you pay. Searched criteria “Boca ratón” and my date, Was looking for a boat for Boca Bash selected the day and received a price. They then added a Boca bash fee. One added $1500 the other added $5000. The site disregards the area you are requesting to boat in and allows scammers to freely con costomers. Find a local company with fair business practices

What a wonderful trip! Capt JP was awesome! Answered all our questions and played terrific music! Had so much fun being together and relaxing on the water!

Our captain! Kenny was great, accommodating a well prepared for our large group ages 3 to 75.

It was so easy to find what we needed (12 person boat) and the host responded very quickly. Our host, Philip, was extremely easy to work with during pick up and drop off. We rented his boat for 6 hours and the fee we paid was the bottom line. We were not responsible for filling it up before we returned it.

Very easy to reserve and Captain Anna was amazing!

The iOS app is terrible. It freezes when you switch context (like taking a picture of your ID or looking up information to fill out rental agreement information).

Sending messages through the application is just awful. Expect to get 3-4 emails and text messages for each message received in the Boatsetter application - and it’s not like they happen all at once. They will be sprinkled across several hours making you think you are receiving new messages.

Easy to use. Great selection of boats. The people we rented from were so nice and accommodating. We will definitely use them again.

I loved that it's a family business. Lescia, her husband, and son were all very kind and guided us every step of the way. We went to celebrate my birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. Everyone enjoyed the great music and beautiful scenery, The boat had bluetooth so I was able to connect my phone to listen to music. Ice was provide as well as an ice chest. The boat was nice and clean
