I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THE BOBBLEHEAD THAT WAS MADE THAT I ORDERED 3 MORE THE CRAFTSMANSHIP WAS FLAWLESS AND PUT ALOT OF SMILES ON THE FACES AS SUCH A UNIUQE GIFT.

This is the worst company to deal with, I paid $175 for an anniversary gift for my family member. I sent pictures and received a mockup asking for my critique. I promptly responded. I was told another mock-up would be provided. It never was, instead it was produce and sent. It was received broken and did NOT look like my family member. Customer service told me to glue bobble head together. I told them I did not paid $175 for a broken item. They offered to redo the bobble head when I carried on about being told to glue it. At this point I called the credit card company to contest payment. I wanted to return the broken item but the company refused to send a return label and they will not accept the item back without a return label issued by their company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND BEWARE THE OPERATE ON AMAZON TOO!

Good quality. The bobble head was nice, but looked nothing like the pictures I sent. At first I wasn’t so sure how it would turn out, but they are very accommodating with making any changes as you request. Keep in mind, with each change that means it takes longer to get completed. Though once completed the shipping time was fast.
Also be patient with communication as the time difference is vast.
Please keep in mind this is a caricature not an exact replica. I had expected it to look exact, it doesn’t but it does nicely capture characteristics about the person.

I ordered a custom bobblehead for my wife for our anniversary. The bobblehead came out great and was actually better than I expected. The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is that their communication is horrible. I ordered 6 weeks in advance. 5 days after ordering they send me pics of the heads. I told them everything looked good, just needed to change the eye color on one of them. They immediately replied and said they would and shipped a few days later. The package was in transit for almost 5 weeks. Tracking was almost impossible. I downloaded the SHOP app as they said. It told me the package was in Germany for 2 weeks, which it never was. When I would email them, often the same rote response would be sent back. They usually did not answer my questions and I began to wonder if they were a scam. The bobblehead finally arrived a week after my anniversary, but it did look amazing and my wife loved it. Moral of the story; if you want one of these, order 8-10 weeks in advance.

I ordered a large Bobblehead figure that I thought might be a bit difficult to create.

The people at Bobbleheadcraft Custom Bobblehead were extremely patient and helpful to me in designing, in my opinion, the PERFECT Bobblehead. I could not have asked for anything better.

I plan to become a regular customer as needs for gifts arise.

It doesn’t get any better than this company’s quality, attention to detail, customer service and price. Worth every penny!!

I have read negative reviews regarding excessive delivery times; think about it this way, you cannot rush perfection!

Other then the waiting time, ( almost 2 months) they do a pretty good job with custom bobble heads per the picture you submit. The quality is great and the customer service responsive.

I ordered a couples set for some friends as a wedding gift and they loved it. Do know there is a bit of a language barrier with the company so the better quality photos you provide and the more communicative / clear you are, the better the product will be. They are handmade clay I believe and were really nice quality, and they got it to me very fast in time for the wedding which I appreciated. The heads don't bobble that much and the extra dog one I ordered was just okay but honestly they were still a hit and really looked like them so overall worth it!

The bobblehead I received was awesome! I gave them a tough task and they made it better than I ever expected. The skin tone is on point. The uniform has all the details and the basketballs in his outstretched hands are a nice bonus!! It took a bit longer than I expected and I did not receive a picture to proof before they made it, but those are minor details now that I see how amazing my bobblehead is. Customer service was quick to respond to the questions I sent and they were courteous and informative. Bobbleheadcraft.com has a customer for life. My grandson is going to love this and I can't wait to order my next surprise for someone!

I purchased one of these for my much loved nephew, he LOVED it. He said that I was the best Aunt ever.
The attention to detail was excellent. They included his baseball hat, gold chain, earrings, and he was holding a pile of money. You just tell them what you want and they can include it. Thanks so much.

Unfortunately, you have to give at least 1 star to give a review. I highly recommend you look elsewhere if you’re interested in having a bobble head made.
These people are THE WORST!!!!
I ordered an item for my parents anniversary. The website says, Unlimited Revisions.
That is a blatant lie!!! After they sent the first proof of the heads, they looked nothing like the photo I sent them. After I sent my changes over, they responded and said the artist will start on the changes I sent them.
A week later I get an e mail saying the product has shipped out.
I sent numerous e mails after I received the product. The heads were made from the original proof that I told them didn’t look at all like the photo.
I understand these aren’t going to be exact replicas but they should look a little like the photo you send them.
All they do is avoid your questions if you have a complaint.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
A 2nd grader could’ve created a better resemblance.

Second everyone else sentiments. Months and months of delay for a terrible product. Honestly either burn your money or have a go at making one yourself. Either outcome will be better than anything you get from these rip off merchants.

I finally after 2 months received my Bobble head- that does not bobble, really small and face looks like a man vs. the picture sent. They are AWEFUL and please do not use them.
They said they would pay shipping --- will have to wait for it to come from China I guess.

Avoid this company. Despite what the website looks like this company is in China. You will get crap products, crap service, and they do not care. Shipped me a defective bobble head and screwed me out if my money. Do not use this company.

Wouldn’t recommend buying. I purchased something on Feb 26th and have still yet to receive anything. The tracking number they give doesn’t even have any information of where it’s at. The worst customer service also.

Do not buy from this company. Absolute crap quality; and they do not care. They sent me a bobblehead the looked horrible, the head doesn't bobble, and the back of the head was incomplete; like they just stopped in the middle of making the head. They will not refund and do not care. They offered to make me another head if I paid $30 in shipping. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO! This is literally the first negative review I have felt needed to be written on a company and I will write one everyday until they refund my money.

BEWARE! Do not buy from this company! I should have looked at the reviews beforehand because I had the same AWEFUL experience. My purchase came broken. The hand broke and the barbell fell. I cannot give it as a gift as intended. I contacted them. They had no solution and they refused to refund. They just said “forgive me.” Wasted $150.

I wouldn’t have order if I had known it was coming from China because it was a birthday present. I ordered it a month before her birthday and it didn’t come 2 weeks after, but that’s on me since mailing has been slower.
