I ordered a bride and groom and the proof sent was ok for groom but bride was nothing like her so I said fix it. No further proof sent and the rejected one was sent after a long time and when I contacted them with my concerns they said pay to fix it, when I refused they started talking to me quite rudely. It was a costly waste of time. Very disappointed.

I ordered 11 bobbleheads as gifts for my groomsmen. They actually turned out really well for the most part--they did a good job matching the faces to the pictures I sent. A few things I wish I had known ahead of time:
1. This company is based in China so they struggle some with communicating in english via email. Also, be prepared for international fees on your credit card, I had not thought about that beforehand.
2. For all of my proofs, they sent a picture of the bobblehead before adding hair. There were a couple that I wish I had a proof of with hair, but they still look pretty good.
3. It takes a while to receive the bobbleheads, it was right at 4 weeks for me and I did not pay extra for the "Fast" shipping.

Overall, I'm very happy with how they turned out. I also got a 25% discount since I ordered a larger quantity. Ended up being a unique gift for my groomsmen that they can keep forever!

1st proof was sent, requested they fix the female figure and the male figure was fine. No other proof sent, item shipped, female figure looks awful. Asking me to pay to fix the head of female figure!!!!

Update. They finally gave in and sent me a new bobblehead. Not great but ok. My eyes look Asian on this one which was a problem they sort of fixed after I pointed it out on the first proof of the first bobblehead. They did it again but this time I don’t think I said anything because I was just over it and feeling like they were fed up with me so when I saw the skin seemed better I just said it’s fine. So the pink skin they lied and said they couldn’t do anything about was fixed this time. Overall not terrible and I have to appreciate the attempt to fix the issue so I’m changing my review from 1 star to 3 overall. I wouldn’t say stay away if the price is right I guess, but beware it’s probably not going to be as good as the pics/comparisons they show on the sight. My first bobble head, and I can’t say I did a ton of research before choosing bobble craft but it might be an ok way to go for the money. I think I paid a little under $80 total. Good luck.

Original. Received my bobble head with totally pink skin??? They emailed me the first proof and the face did not look like me so they redid it and didn’t ask for my approval the second time and just shipped it out. It’s very pink. They lie and try to blame lighting and not having total control over the colors. Complete lies. The first proof pic for approval they sent me had normal tan skin. They literally just try every lie they can to not fix the issue. Bad company to work with.

Dealing with Bobblehead was AMAZING! They created such an accurate depiction and paid 100% attention to detail! They kept in touch daily and always got back to me with what l asked for! I'm so excited to see the recipients reaction!

I had a great experience. My order took about a month but that’s because they hand craft it. They’ll send you a picture of the product before finishing to make sure you’re satisfied. If not, they will fix what you think needs fixed. I communicated with them a few times through email and they responded quickly. I’m satisfied with the finished product.

I was anxiously waiting for my order and it takes about a month. When I received it and opened it I was like WOW. My wife loved it for Valentines day and the likeness is uncanny. I would recommend Bobbleheadcraft for a fun and unique gift

I would give ZERO stars if I could. First off the statue, look nothing like the picture. Second they made a cyclist into a police officer, which is not what I ordered. Their customer service has been absolutely beautiful. I spent $150 on piece of garbage. After fighting for a month to get some type of refund they agreed to 30%. (Better than nothing) I have yet to see this money. This company should not be in business. Pitiful.

After waiting almost 7 weeks for delivery... the order was all wrong! First the image looked nothing like the picture I provided... I mean not even a resemblance! I ordered the head not to bobble, which was one of the configuration choices... it came with the bobble...ugh. I wasted almost $100 on this and as it was a gift now I have to look for something else. Do not order from this company if you don't want to be disappointed!

The product I ordered looks NOTHING like the photo that I sent! I asked them to edit it over and over and they sent the first version. This is false advertising - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This was a 60th birthday gift for my brother and I was so excited to give it to him. It was a total letdown for everyone.

This is not a legible company. Collected money on my credit card immediately upon receiving my order and never sent the bobble head. They sent proof for me to approve and there wasn’t a bit of resemblance. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

Scam! Run from this company! They take your $$ and include a “free cute dog” as they call it! They ship this and not what you order then claim order was delivered! China company huge scam do not fall for it! Any good reviews were written by then, look at the grammar!

I am beyond happy with my custom Booblehead purchase. I ordered it end of November and received it on time for Christmas. When I opened it up, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I sent in pictures of my brother for reference and as soon as I saw the finished product, I was amazed. The Bobblehead is Amazing, beyond my expectations. The craftmanship is beautiful and the details are amazing. I was so happy and honestly relieved. Worth every penny, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and fun gift idea.

I ordered 5 bobbleheads for my coworkers. I had an issue with the tracking number. I was sent the wrong one first. It took a long time to get my order! But I did order 5. I sent a picture of my face and a picture of my pose and a picture of what the uniform looks like. They never showed me what it would look like and instead simply mail it. A few weeks later I received it and the uniform has someone else's name and uniform number on it. The hat is on backwards and the logo was just scribble. When I received notification that it shipped the manager wrote back that they do not take pictures of finished items but to let him know if I am dissatisfied when it arrives. When it arrived it was all wrong and the manager wrote back that he's "sorry they can't pleased me" I then asked for them to make it correctly or send a refund and he refused. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY BASICALLY STOLE MY MONEY. I have since ordered the same bobblehead doll from another company and it came out perfect.

I started the process in early July to get a wedding couple bobblehead for my son (9-10-22). The designs kept getting worse and worse to the point that I asked for my money back twice only to be told I can only get 40% returned (this is still during the design process). I was upset but told them to continue. My daughter-in-laws hair is a mess, She is in a short dress (not a full length wedding as requested), the dog is different breed and I received yesterday (9-13-22). Stay away from this company. Poor quality for the price you pay.
