My dress arrived swiftly, next day, as advised it would be, so that was great, and I love the dress - perfect for my solo concert, and a beautiful colour.

I enjoy buying clothes from Boden for my grandchildren. They are very good quality and have lovely individual touches such as glow in the dark features which they love.

Have bought lots of clothes from this company over the years and always been very impressed with their range of clothing

Sadly the dress was returned as the neck was too high and the pockets in the wrong place for me.
A shame as I usually love Borden sundresses

For some time now, Boden quality and cut of petite cotton dresses has been declining. The top half is always too long and the huge flappy or puffy sleeves are unflattering for a petite frame. I relented and bought a dress last week, it looks ridiculous on, have returned it and will probably close my account.

Always love Boden, it has cutting edge fashion. Always adore the colour schemes.

My only suggestion would be to speed up the delivery and the Return of monies process. Having said that, for the pleasure of shopping from home, these are small gripes.

Would love a little more choice for babies/children.

Quality of the fabric and designs are very good and match with advertising. Only orders taking too long need to be sorted out. Secondly payment system is confusing taking order money out from account together when order placed and then entry squared off in the end by debiting each item prices on arrival. This become more confusing when delivery takes more than months.

I had a jumper which was too small so sent it back for refund and the communication about where the parcel was was good and they refunded the money quickly. have now ordered it in a larger size!
