Trouble with the order.
There was no option for zero star or else I would've given that too. Let me tell you why my experience was so bad. On march 27, 2022 I placed an order in the afternoon which was canceled later same day. On march 28, 2022 my order was processed and received an email that my order has been shipped, even though I canceled it. I again called the customer service and explained the situation to which the customer service representative responded that they have sent the information to fedex to not to ship the order to customer instead return it back to facility and was also advised to wait for 48 hours to get this situation sorted. That 48 hours were suppose to end on march 30, 2022 afternoon but I received the shipment before the timeline given by the customer service representative. After I received my order I called the customer support again in which the representative named " Chris" refused to listen to my concern and asked me to return the product back to the warehouse without providing me with the return label which I had to pay another $40 to ship the product back but even though I was not at fault and due negligence of the customer support and lack of communication between customer support and the shipping department I had to suffer. Thank you so much for such a great experience with your company. Last but not the least I placed another order and upon receiving the products they do not match the products I ordered. Hopefully company takes this matter seriously and resolve it at the earliest possible. Please feel free to reach out for all the evidence which can be provided through the email about the conversation and the calls.

I've bought several product from them over the years, and 2 orders ago - my preJym was all chunked up like moisture entered it - and was useless. needless to say that it was brand new and packaged and non expired. I though maybe i did something wrong since all other products were ok. but my last order - 2 ENGNShred pre workouts were also chunked as soon as i opened them, and they were stored in a designated dry place with other retailers product which were fine. when i contacted support they initially said they would refund me, then changed their mind saying that they have only 90 days warranty. when i asked why? since this is not expired - they abruptly closed my support request!!!
I will never buy from them again. prefer to pay 50% more and be sure that the product is good.

Great customer service team that helped understand and resolve the order/shipping issue I was having. I ordered after hours, the flavor was incorrect, but even though I sent a message right away, the order was still shipping the following day. The customer service team tried to have the order shipped back, but it arrived nonetheless. The team issued me a refund and all is now well in the world.

First of all, my items came thru as delivered. Upon opening my package there was only one item had been shipped. I contacted your site via e-mail in which your response came almost immediately. The following day my items had arrived. Then replied to their 2nd e-mail thanking the entire crew for the response, concern and care of me and my purchase.

More hassle than it’s worth
I ordered a pre workout drink off body building.com and since the 15th feb I am still waiting for my order which is meant to be out for delivery by DHL. The customer service is appalling you cannot contact DHL and more to the point body building.com haven’t replied to my email, the phone is switched off nobody answering and the live chat room is useless as all it does is tell me my tracking number. I wouldn’t give this website any time of day.

Ordered supplements from bodybuilding.com and they came with the lids loose on the pre workout. Contacted the team via and email and received gift voucher to the price of supplements. The team dealt with the issue very fast and where super friendly too. Great service.
