Ordered RSP quadralean tablets and was sent RSP AMINOLEAN powder.

I messaged Bodybuilding.com straight away with photos of the sealed Incorrect container and their response was to send a "your item has been delivered" email! As the tracking showed this was sent from America, what am I supposed to do now? Send it to America out of my own pocket? AVOID, if this company can't tell the difference between a tub of tablets and a 600+ gram tub of powder? Don't use them.

Your company should considered itself blessed it has someone like "Mighty" Millie working for them. This is a person who could be anywhere doing anything she wants based on her personality and people skills alone. I never leave reviews or feedback, so it says a lot that I am even doing this. Give this one a raise or something because you cannot ever lose talent like this. Honestly amd sincerely, I was very impressed.

Very bad customer service, prices are not clear, they don't pay the duty fees, they didn't even mention that on their website like other websites which write "price + taxes".
For more than one month now and still didn't get my order.
I'm using the website since 2016 and made many orders without any problems in the past, but now after corona they are more than bad, it will be the last time ordering from this website. Don't try it and waste your time and money.

I was wondering if bodybuilding could add a flavor from one of the products that I used, and the customer service representative was super quick to submit a product request to the appropriate department. This is another way that bodybuilding show that they care for their customers.

I was just about to stop doing business with bodybuilding.com due to its lack thereof, of Quilty and competent customer service agents that's until an employee by the name of Mighty Millie stepped in and took care of the issue, took care of a client and made it right. Why is it that it took several days, several hours and a horrible experience with several of bodybuilding .com employees not doing their job? I truly would like to know why, why the employees refused to do their job, two agents hung up on me and did nothing but ruin my faith in doing business with bodybuilding Com

I used to shop here, but not anymore. They don’t have much stock on anything. And it was not like it was in 2011 when there was a lot. I thought they were going out of business because of the low products. The prices are ridiculously higher.Their website is so confusing and inconvenient. I also can’t order in bulk as they have a 90 day restriction.I once tried to order on their app and it kept saying check your postal code. Well my postal code worked else where and so did my business.
Muscle and strength is the exact opposite of what I wrote above. They have stock and we can order in bulk and their customer service is awesome. This is not a knock on bodybuilding. com, but just my honest review.

Purchase a product which cause a rash . Contacted customer service and let them know . A few questions answered and I had a full refund . This is what customer service is !!!

I placed an order for a couple hundred dollars, and they emailed me a tracking order. After a couple days the tracking number said I had received the package which I had not. I emailed bodybuilding.com support about it, and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. So I ended up having to re-order my supplements from a different company in order to get what I needed.
