Hello, This is TERRIBLE

Hello, I recently made an order from you. It's been like 3 weeks since I ordered, way past the deadline time. First issue was for me receiving an email saying "sorry, your order will be late" then I received an email from customs, after 2 weeks, when everything should be already done. They asked me to pay for custom fees and everything and then I remembered that I already paid all the fees at the checkout. I told them, they asked for an order invoice, which I couldn't get because the assistant kept telling me that the order nr. is incorrect. Okay, I sent them a screenshot with order, in the meanwhile I sent you an email, for which I never got any sort of a reply and still nothing. I'm now waiting like 3 weeks already with my money somewhere in your bank accounts and you're not giving a crap about my order. Customs told me to contact you and you should contact your Fedex supervisors to check this order and send them information about my order and that I've paid custom fees etc! Please, just help me! I received an email that you're not working in Europe anymore, but ffs please just help me get along with this mess! My order nr. is: EUR-70395
Now I've been waiting for like 3 days, emailed every email I could see, sat 20min on international call line and still nothing. This is just a bad dream!

Customer service rep Champion Chris VERY helpful

The warehouse forgot to attach a bill of lading with my order so I was charged tax again at customs. Needless to say, I was pretty frustrated. Customer service rep Champion Chris was communicative and helped me through the process including getting me reimbursed. He turned what was a sour experience with BB.com into a great one.

BodyBuilding.com - great support from Mighty Millie

I had great help from Mighty Millie in BB.com support, first in getting a prompt refund for something I had ordered that was out-of-stock, and then later with a problem with a web order that was not properly crediting my shipping cost. Millie resolved both issues for me quickly and satisfactorily.

Customer service was the best seen to date. Amazing! I emailed about a missing item in my shipment and Charles got back with me in about 20 minutes. I got a gift card emailed super quick

Errant charge resolved

I recently had an errant charge made on my card. I emailed them about the charge and Leah looked into it. It was removed immediately. Can’t ask for better service than that.

Best Customer Service Reps in The Game!!

I am a big fan of Bodybuilding.com and I love the creative way in which they advertise a promotion on their website that a particular supplement I am using is having a massive discount!!! Totally awesome when they do that! This company truly cares about it's customers and yes, they have among the very best in the CSR Game for sure! I have experienced time and time again how willing their Customer Service strives to accommodate the customer in the best way! Thank you, Bodybuilding.com for caring about those of us who are seeking to transform their lives! We LOVE YOU!!

Best Online Supplement Store

This place ahs the best prices and best service of any of the online workout shops. Not to mention the forum section! I had an issue with my order but Kreatine Katrina came to the rescue and helped me within minutes via the live chat. 10/10

Great experience

Great experience. Ordered up a fair number of items. One was out of stock. They reached out to see what I would like to do.... I gave them my request and they handled it exactly as I wanted. I got me my products in a very prompt time with no issues. Thank you Customer Support Team

Exceptional customer service!!

I purchased NutraBio Alpha EAA thinking it was all EAA. Turns out it's mostly BCAA's, unlike their other product NutraBio Intra Blast. I didn't realize the ingredients until after I opened the container. I contacted customer support immediately and within 24 hours they gave me a gift card valued at the cost of the product. Exceptional customer service!!
