5/5 doesn't seem like enough, honestly. Would give 10/5 if I could. I have always had great experiences w/ BodyBuilding.com. Great prices and I have even chatted w/ them about suggestions before ordering. Always knowledgeable and pleasant.
Due to poor planning on my part, yesterday at 3:30 PM I noticed I had just one scoop of the BB sig mint chip protein left. I quickly ordered 10lb of the BB sig (5lb strawberry; 5lb fruity cereal) and was just hoping to have it by next week.
By 4:25 PM I had shipping info w/ a deliver of today (9/23). Knowing how shipments work, I stopped at a local gas station to pick up a few pre-made shakes to hold me over.
At 10:45 AM my shipment was delivered.
3:30 PM Thursday order. 10:45 AM delivery. Unreal.
This is why I continue to shop w/ BB. Superior products (love the sig. line). Superior customer service. Beyond superior processing/shipping.
Package not received
I placed a order and FedEx tracking was provided. FedEx sent a email stating that my package was delivered on 09/21/22.
The package was never delivered or received by me. I sent two emails, one to Bodybuilding and FedEx sharing that I had not received anything from FedEx. Lean from Bodybuilding.com replied within minutes and wanted to confirm my shipping address. After I replied Lean then sent me another email stating that a new order was being resent to me. I was amazed at this level of customer care and support. Very rare to have this level of professionalism,quick response and resolve in today's online world. I appreciate Leans excellent results with my lost order.

Exceptional Customer Service
My recent experience with customer service at Bodybuilding.com was awesome! I placed an order with them. It was shipped the very next day. However, according to the FedEx tracking number, my package stopped at it's 2nd destination and did not move for 4-5 days. I reached out to customer service. They informed me my package was most likely lost or damaged. They offered to ship me a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund. I chose the replacement, because i love the product. It was shipped immediately. I actually received the original package the very next day. I promptly let them know and offered to return the replacement that was headed my way. They were very kind. They told me I may keep both orders, and they asked me to please let them know if they could help with anything else!

They use a delivery company called OnTrac to deliver products. My protein powder has been sitting in a Wearhouse for a week. Now I am waiting for the company to return the product so I can get my refund. Bodybuilding .com customer service keeps hanging up and does not want to take responsibility. DON'T BUY FORM THIS COMPANY! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
Not easy to close the account
The process to close the account is not easy. They still rely on ancient email communication and manual processing. Guess that keep their userbase high (watch out investors).
GDPR: The process to delete my user data data connected to their third party partners is thiresome. After some email with support you need to fill out an online form from a third party company with no obvious connection to this site.
After becoming a customer, they send a LOT of email offers with no Unsubscribe button on the bottom.
Other than that, I have no experience from their services :)
Amazing Customer Service!
I have been shopping at Bodybuilding.com for years as they always have the best prices on all the products I want. Well recently there was a little mess up in some vitamins I ordered. I reached out to Bodybuilding.com customer service and they could have not been more incredible. They sent me the replacement vitamins without hesitation and did not charge me for anything. My customer service representative Leah was so incredible. I had another question about a product and she looked into for me. I couldn't believe how much she cared! Highly recommend Bodybuilding.com to anyone out there looking for great vitamins and service!

I used bodybuilding.com since 2016 in the UK and never had any issues. This time I was in India and ordered some supplements from bodybuilding.com. These guys canceled my order twice saying, they aren't able to verify my billing address. On chat support, the guy said the billing team needs to verify my billing address manually. I provided the billing address to the team. Later the person said I need to order something for $50 since I am using bodybuilding.com for the first time and then later I can purchase other supplements. I have had all the emails from bodybuilding.com since 2016 with confirmed and delivered orders. Not sure how their system shows that it's the first time I am ordering supplements.

Best customer service I’ve ever received. Hands down. I can’t express the level of gratitude I have. Somehow my order didn’t ship. I waited a couple of weeks before I contacted customer service. I didn’t think much of it but something went wrong with my order. They refunded my money and shipped out my order for free. The communication was amazing and the generosity was unexpected. That made my week!
Great Customer Service, Products, and more!
I have had nothing but great experiences with everyone at Bodybuilding.com, most recently with 'Limitless Lori'! I mistakenly ordered a slightly different product than what I had intended and did not realize my mistake until my order had arrived. I reached out to customer support to ask if I could return a product and received an extremely quick response. I've gotten used to waiting multiple business days from other companies in other categories/interests, but 'Limitless Lori' got back to me within a couple hours! Lori first ensured that there were no issues with the product I had received, which this product was completely fine and had no issues. Nor have any other products ever had issues that I have ordered over the years with at least a couple thousand dollars spent there! Lori then provided me with a gift card for the amount I had paid for the product and said there was no need to return the product I had mistakenly ordered. Of course every situation is different, but she went above and beyond and proved her alibi (Limitless Lori) was accurate in regards to her great customer service that seemed to have no limits. I have no doubt that Lori treats all customers just as amazingly, whether they are a long time customer like myself, or a brand new customer. Not only can I now purchase the product I originally intended, but I don't have to make a 30 minute trip to the post office after repackaging a product I had mistakenly ordered for a return! This is one of the many reasons I have spent so much money here and recommended bodybuilding.com to so many and will continue to do so. I have never encountered an even slightly negative experience with this team, and I doubt that one will ever happen. Spend your hard earned money here, you will not regret it, you get only the best wherever you look!
