despite the passage of 17 days

despite the passage of 17 days, my order did not reach me. I contacted DHL about my package, they told me to contact bodylab. I wrote a total of 5 e-mails to bodylab, I did not receive a reply to any of them. They don't care about customers at all. Never again bodylab and I advise everyone against it.

Very bad experience

I made a order, no confirmation, but money reserved, two days later they took a money from acount. I call to help line, send e-mail to bodylab.nl, and next 3 days no reply. 6 day without reply. Very bad. When I made order I made a mistake behind country code of Email adress was dot. Their automatic systém cant recognize e-mail adress..After 2 week everything was ok..

White powder everywhere

When I opened the box with my order I noticed a lot white powder inside the box.

Did not receive my product although it…

Did not receive my product although it seems someone else has. Even hand signed the status. I called the delivery service support, which charged me 1 eur/ minute to say that "this happens sometimes" and I should wait and call again on the next day (and pay again for the call).
I do not care whose fault this is. I placed an order on Bodylab's website and I did not receive it. Lost around 85+ 5 euros (delivery service call).
Never again.

Easy order and fast delivery

Order went well, clear website and quickly delivered. Only negative point: the product’s lid doesn’t fit well, so it opened during the delivery. As a result, a small amount of powder (bodylab weight gainer 5kg) has been lost. I’m sure next order will be luckier.

Whey protein with long black hairs in it 😡

I found long black hairs in my whey protein vanilla bucket from Bodylab. I have also found them in the triple chocolate flavor, but it is more difficult to see because of the color. Buckets went straight into the trash. Very dirty.

Perfect customer service

Order came really fast but one of the two protein buckets was open with around 1/5 of the product having spilled in the box.
Though, the Bodylab team handled the issue perfectly after I got in contact with them.
