Good products and service, bad shipment

This is the second time I ordered a box with different powders. Both times a bucket was open with lots of loose poeder in the box. Probably due to agressieve handling with shipment. First time I claimed the issue and got the powder price refunded. Top!! Second time I did not, was not as bad as the first time. Products are good, shipment very bad unfortunately...

At the start before doing my purchase i…

At the start before doing my purchase i checked the website out on trustpilot and i was 50%50% to make a order. But then i did it. And after i did pay for my order i took a look again in trustpilot and began to regret that i did my order because of all the bad feedbacks. Then i told my self "be calm and have a bit patience". I made my order on Tuesday and now it is friday and i already got my package this morning in Brussels where i live. And everything inside the package is okay. I will say that it is a bit confusing because when i made my order i did it in bodylab.nl but then the email for my order confirmation that one i got from some conpany named bodylab24. So this thing was a bit confusing and gave me a bit paranoia and thought that they will scam me. But hey i got my package in 3 days so i am satisfied with the service until now.
Lets see with my future orders how it will go. If it is always same service then i will say they should get 5stars. But now because it is my first order therefor i will only give them 4 stars to start with.

Disappointed by the delivery

Disappointed by the delivery. They didnt even ring the doorbell and said that I wasnt home after I contacted them. I had to pick up the package by myself from another location afterwards.

Completely unsatisfied with service

I ordered a mega deal with 4 products in: a t-shirt, a shaker, Toffee whey protein and creatine.
First of all the creatine was not even in the box, so it was not sent to me.
Secondly the toffee whey protein is tasteless, it does not taste like toffee at all.
Very disappointed with the service received.
