Ordered a book and a calendar from the website. By mistake I chose a 2025-edition, instead of the 2026. Bog og Ide Skanderborg tried to call several times, to confirm the choice, and readily changed my order when they finally reached me. Amazing service. Easy pick up of order in the shop. Shop is beautiful and well assorted.
It takes too long!
I ordered a book that I can see being in stock in other Bog & ide neer by, but it takes weeks before arriving in my local store.

I sincerely apologize that your delivery took longer than expected. I understand how frustrating it can be when the book is available in other stores, yet still takes time to be delivered to your local shop.
Our stores are independent entities, and therefore, they do not transfer books between each other. Your local store would have had to order the book from our central warehouse, which can take a bit longer. We always try to inform customers about this during the purchase process, so they are prepared for the delivery time.
