I ordered a family calendar online
I ordered a family calendar online. I was informed that the calendar wasn't in stock in any Bog & Idé near me, so I ordered it for store pickup. I literally had to wait about 10 days before it was ready for pickup. I thought they must be printing new calendars in Sweden??? Why would it take so long? Meanwhile the same day I ordered the Calendar I went into Bog & Idé at Lyngby Storecenter. They had the calendar in stock. Not sure why I couldn't have picked it up there. Lyngby is 10 km from my house. Like slow food there is also slow shopping ;)

You can always see the stock availability for our shops on the webshop. When the shop in Nærum didn’t have the family calendar, they had to make an order with the supplier, which unfortunately took 10 days. You can always cancel your order before pick-up and could have bought the family calendar in Bog & idé in Lyngby Storcenter, when you found it there, and then cancelled your order in Nærum.

Easy order process & good choice of books
Easy order process & good choice of books in English. :-)
However, with Click&Collect it would be nice to get status updates when it will be delivered. On the website it said approximately 2-3 business days but it took over 10 business days. Would have been good to be informed about this in the meantime via mail.
