Delayed older and no explanation
I ordered a book that was available on the site on a Sunday afternoon and it said 1-3 delivery days,even though this site was the most expensive for that specific book but I felt more safe on not losing money and getting my delivery on time. Monday i didn’t receive anything not even a notification that anything has been done with my order, the same on Tuesday, Wednesday was a holiday so i called on Thursday to see what is happening. They answer was that they had no idea why the book hasn’t left the storage yet and that they couldn’t see when it would be delivered and she actually said ‘it might leave the storage today so it would be delivered tomorrow but it is still not sure’. I waited and of course nothing happened. I called again on Friday to see if something has changed and the conversation was about the same and resulted that they had no idea why my book hasn’t left the storage yet and no idea when it will but when anything new happens with my order I will receive a notification. Finally I received a notification on Saturday from Gls saying my parcel was delivered and I could go and receive it from a pakkeshop. 5 working days later. I don’t I will buy from them again. At least not online.

Different prices on the website and in the shop
To my surprise I was not able to purchase products on the website in one of the local branches at the same price as listed.
When I returned home I checked the price again of the particular product and I had paid 50% more than the listed price.
As this is not a conduct I support the following day I returned to the shop where the shop assistant gave me an explanation that was not fit for further scrutiny.
My advice to customers is to check prices on the website and make sure that youare not being overcharged as I was.

Can’t comment on customer service since I never had any issues so I didn’t need to contact them. Otherwise everything else was really fast, well packed, and delivered relatively quickly, so I defo will be ordering again online.
