Very happy with the service everything was explained in black and white and the whole process was seamless new machine to arrive in 2/3 working days. Megan Fox was a delight to talk to and nothing was a problem. Great service

Im delighted with the service and cost

Im delighted with the service that I received this week. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kealan who explained everything to me. It is so easy to get confused with all of the other card payment providers when they just quote numbers and costs etc but Kealan kept it plain and simple for me.

I would like to say I was very…

I would like to say I was very satisfied with the service received from Andrew Lambert he was the one who called me back and was extremely helpful with getting me sorted.
However trying to get to that point was exhausting with waiting times trying to get through on the 1800 number and I had also emailed 3 times with no reply other that the AI generated reply we are all use to by now.
So I would recommend spending more attention to your customer service side the 1st point of call.

Just signed up to a new contract with BOIPA - Great advice and direction from Kealan Power- informative but not pushy. Just hoping that our install before Christmas is a s efficient and professional. We ahave dealt with BOIPA for a number of years now and in fairness the after hours service and calls have been very helpful & responsive.
