We have two types of subscription that renew either every 29 days or two months. As a new customer you can choose to start the 28-days subscription with a 24 hours limitid access. However, as stated on the button you click to choose this solution, the subscription automatically continues after the first 24 hours, unless you cancel it witin that time frame. You can cancel at any time without limitations. However, we do not accept cancellations retroactively.

Don't see any reason paying them.
I'm sorry, but the site is *filled* with "ghost properties" that even if you send a message the moment an apartment goes live no one answers on the other side.
I found EACH AND EVERY APARTMENT (which wasn't a "ghost" one) in the websites of the company who lease them, and there they answered almost instantly.
So basically, I just wasted ~65$ on this bad site.
Lesson learned.

Thank you for following up with further info regarding your profile at BoligPortal. I can see that you just signed up this Wednesday and as of last night had not (yet) recieved replies from the landlords you contacted.
It is in any case no unusual to wait a few days or even a week for a reply, especially if the landlord is already in contact with other potential tenants.
Most oftenly, the landlords will contact a handful or more of the applicants that from the very first contact best fit their expectations for a future tenant.
This means that it is always important to include a short personal presentation and motivation for signing that particular accommodation, rather than posting standard messages.
It is also very important to assure that your criterua actually match the facts stated on the ad, including the move-in date that by default is non-negotionable, at least if other applicants are ready to move in on (or wait for) the date stated on the ad.
So nothing ghostly about the properties - only several applicants and landlords extra busy coming back yo work after the holidays :)
I see that you got your first reply this morning with an invitation to a presentation. I wish you the best of luck in your house hunt and happy New year.

Cuando te registraste, te mandamos una confirmación por correo electrónico con la fecha y hora de la primera renovación, precisamente para informarte para cuándo tendrías que cancelar para evitar que se renovase la suscripción.
Consideramos que sea más justo dar igual acceso y las mismas condiciones para todos, cumpliendo con la fecha y hora indicada, calculada automáticamente basada en la fecha y hora de tu registro inicial.

I did choose to pay for 4weeks, after that they withdrew money again for next 4 weeks and I contact them and tell them I don’t need it and asked them to check the time I have used it, but they didn’t want to pay me my money back. I believe and sure it’s not fair to pay for something you don’t need and no one will accept it.
