This company will sell bolts by the piece, bag or box, with no minimum. They will make most fasteners out of steel with different types of plating or different grades of stainless steel. Quality is great unlike many of the imported versions and prices are very good. One of the best bargains is shipping. Unlike companies who overcharge for shipping, Bolt Depot uses flat rate USPS service to keep shipping costs reasonable. Great Company.

Probably should give 5 stars but delivery was a lot slower than usual. Most likely the post office and not Bolt Depot. The order was filled promptly and accurately and shipping label was created the next day.

I placed a relatively large order and all of the pieces were in excellent condition and worked great. I couldn't find one bolt out of hundreds and they quickly replaced it for me free of charge! Couldn't ask for better customer service. I will certainly look to Bolt Depot for all of my needs going forward.

Large product selection, low prices, reasonable shipping cost, and easy to use website. Also very few, if any, items have minimum quantities like Amazon and others. So I don't have to buy qty 100 if I only need 5-10 pieces.

Customer service is great. When is had questions, ingot answers quickly. The web site is not bad though feels a bit clunky. The shipping costs are significant though, even for small quantities.

I looked for a long time locally, big box stores, local hardware stores and independent dealers, no one had the small bolts I wanted, and certainly not in stainless steel, as these are exposed to the weather. Bolt Depot had them in stock, ready for immediate shipping and at a very reasonable price. Shiping was fast, in fact the product was delivered early, and in great condition. Great company, thanks!

Finding the right part is fairly easy but could be improved. One has to select the fastener grade before selecting the size. Well, the size is usually set in stone while the grade could be flexible. Selecting the size should be first then one chose whatever grade is available.

I really appreciate the option to order as few parts as desired.
