Great experience all around. Was initially skeptical on the legitimacy of the proposal to recover some of our stamp duty: we had just recently completed our home purchase and our solicitors at the time had been adamant that we did not qualify for any discount. However Denise was very patient in explaining the situation, and was willing to take on the entire effort to get it through, so we decided to go ahead with it.
Took months as HMRC seemed to be particularly slow, but we literally woke up to tens of thousands of pounds in our bank account!!! So run, don’t walk to Bolton Reed’s offices, and go get your stamp duty back!!

We absolutely could not believe this. When Bolton Reed first contacted us we immediately thought it was a PPI type contact. Denise was very patient when we eventually went back to her and went through all the details with us, answered our endless questions and was helpful all the way through.
