Great from start to finish from Roy and Sam. All done and dusted in two hrs including car coding. Roy knows his stuff and was a pleasure to deal with, have used bolt-on twice and both times they have been brilliant.
Phoned Bolt-on towing today, as I’d planned on fitting my own towbar, but once I removed the bumper i realised the adblue tank and exhaust was in the way of removing the original Mercedes Benz factory self deployed towbar that had gone bad.
Quick call to Bolt-on towbar, and they came out the same day and fitted my new towbar.
Roy was a great guy, would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I bought my first caravan this summer and trying to collect it before my holiday I realised I needed a towbar. To make matter worst, my car is so old no towbar company had my towbar in stock and the waiting time for towbar fitting was 2 weeks. In desperation I called every towbar company and luckily, after hours of trying, I called Roy who was wonderful.
He called all the different factories until he located a factory that had my towbar in stock and he stayed late and fitted the most beautiful towbar to my car.
During the fitting I stood next to him and asked million of questions about Caravanning and he kindly explained how caravans work and noticing I didn't have a pin convertor or wide mirrors he generously gave me those items for free.
Needless to say I collected my caravan that evening and had the most amazing holiday and now cant wait to go on my next caravan adventure.
Thank you Roy for helping me. I would have missed my holiday if you didn't locate my towbar and stay late to fit it for me. I'll always remember and appreciate your help, Leann

Roy is amazing for parking sensors and tow bars! Never seen a bad job yet and he did amazing with my car! So much so I would highly recommend him and his company! He couldn’t do more for me, installed quickly at reasonable prices! Not to mention his customer service and time keeping is excellent. Blown away by the service! Don’t think about going anywhere else :-)
Dishonest and incompetent liar. Was employed as a contractor by PF Jones. Made a mess of my vehicle. Obtained a third party opinion on Roy’s work which highlighted row bar was loose in addition to a host of other issues. County Court judgement against PF Jones as a result. Avoid Roy at all costs.
I would highly recommend this company. We have had our motor mover and tow bar fitted by them. Both occasions, they were very helpful and friendly on the phone. Explained all my options and adviced me on which product I needed. They did an excellent and professional job.

Another great job done from Bolt-on Towing. This was the second time I have had a towbar supplied and fitted from Samantha and Roy and I am really happy with their service and the very reasonable price they charged me.
I travel around my local area with work so Sam arranged for Roy to come to the site of the job where I was working at the time.
Towbar, electrics and full test all carried out within about 90 minutes on my new Transit Custom LWB to a very high standard. And Roy is very knowledgeable and is full of great advice too!
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new towbar!

Dreadful. Fitted my towbar yesterday. Damaged paint on 2 of the car doors, left boot soaking wet and butchered bumper. Had to take to PF Jones to get rectified.
Currently getting quotes to get car paintwork repaired.
Edit to add. Regarding the reply from the owner who made such a bad job, I offer no apologies for highlighting your bad workmanship. I have the photographic evidence. I would welcome an apology from you.

As per my reply on the negative Google review you also left and have subsequently removed, it would have been far more productive to have had a 3-way constructive telephone conversation about any concerns you had but instead you chose, and in the middle of PF Jones premises, to scream and shout, berate, belittle and slander our business. We are not stupid, we are not baboons or school children and we don’t accept rudeness and abuse from anybody. Unfortunately your attitude brought our “discussion” swiftly to an end. We do not accept any responsibility for any damage, marks or scratches to your car. The lawnmower, despite your wife telling us not to move it, which was completely in the way, had to be moved in order for me to get into the vehicle. Your wife was present and saw this. I did not cause any paintwork issues. I am extremely careful when working on my customers cars. A bumper cut had to be made for the tow bar to fit and I voiced my concerns about taking any more of the bumper off with your son. I understand that PF Jones have cut more of the bumper away and addressed that concern. As you were not present when the installation took place your photographic “evidence” of paintwork issues only present images of marks to your vehicle. These could have happened at any time/existing marks. They do not support or demonstrate your claim that these were caused by myself and I refute all such claims. Please refrain from any further negative reviews and address your concerns with PF Jones directly.
I offer no apologies to rude, abusive keyboard warriors. I suggest you speak with wife regarding where the lawnmower was moved to and then back from. Your pictures are very selective and do not show the whole course of actions.

Roy came out and fitted a detachable tow bar to my Jag XF. He is a very knowledgeable bloke and clearly takes pride in his Job as the the end result was perfect.
